Our waitress was a dynamo, her infectious energy and attentive nature enhancing our evening. The nachos are a standout, served in a generous portion that's perfect for sharing. While the yam fries were a touch on the salty side, they were still moreish. After a less than stellar experience at The Cactus Club Cafe, Hudsons was a breath of fresh air. It's a testament to the fact that a great pub can deliver not just good food and drinks, but a memorable dining experience. ORIGINAL: Started coming here for wing night for a few weeks now and it hasn't been a disappointment yet! Food: Great value for the food quality and not only the wings even the menus items. Sweet potato fries are super tasty and crispy. The wings especially are really good. Well seasoned, juicy and a good amount of flavors. Service: When we get service it's good, it is a little hard to flag down a server. It is nice to see what I believe is a manager going around on the floor helping customers out. Atmosphere: like the little trinkets here and there. Good energy and great pub bar feel

Bacon Mac and Cheese was just so-so, not very cheesy flavoured, and the thick hunks of fatty pork (bacon?) were not very edible. The Maple BBQ Bacon and Cheese Burger was just OK also. The Guinness was great but that is normal. The lighting was bad so that I needed to use the magnifying glass on my phone to read the menu.

A stroll down Bourbon St. and you will find Hudson's Pub, and if you look hard enough, you may find Brad, the bouncer. Have a chat with Brad, enjoy some wings, maybe a pint of beer, and I call that a 5 star night out!

We were visiting Edmonton and of course had to go to the West Edmonton Mall. After 2 hours of walking around that enormous place, I needed a break, and found Hudson's. Glad I did! Sat at the bar and the bartender guy was great. Just had a couple local seasonal beers and the deep fried pickles and watched a bit of golf. Very nice atmosphere, prices were good, service was great, food was tasty - what else would you want? Will definitely go back next time in the mall.

Hudson’s was my first EVER pub experience and it was great. The drinks were amazing and especially the wings on a Wednesday. Very tasty. Brad was a very kind bouncer.

Not impressed. Salad came with no shrimp and full of all white romaine hearts. Perogies were the wrong kind, cold, and still partially frozen. They weren't even busy. What a joke.

The server was more than accommodating to my obnoxious toddler and made me feel at ease rather than shamed. Funny sense of humour and fast service with good food. Best experience I’ve ever had at a Hudson’s.

Fantastic friendly pub with awesome sports screens. My friend and I enjoyed a good few hours catch up drinking some tasty IPA beer! Nice food too especially the pulled pork nachos. But what made our time more enjoyable were the fantastic waiting staff. Our server Kasha ably supported by Shana u0026 MacKenzie (in Oilers gear!) were all so much fun and game for a laugh ? It’s almost as though I knew all their names from a previous life! ? Even though the Oilers eventually lost the game ‘The Oilers Gals’ didn’t and definitely made up for it with a ‘win win’ victory in what was unforgettable moment of time!! ❤️

Went there last night took friends from out of town service was great our waitress was friendly and fast to serve food was great as we thought to believe until after we left two of the four people got sick , they were unsure if there burgers were cooked through all the way as the lighting in there makes it very hard to tell . They could taste was gravy im hoping they get better soon i am unsure if it was the side dish of grey or a mix of both
Farhana was absolutely the biggest angel i have ever met. So friendly and outgoing, i literally did not want to leave. staff like this makes me want to come back all the time

I am fortunate to have Hudson's in Bourbon Street WEM just a few minutes away from my home. My wife and I frequent this place regularly. The food and drinks are incredible and all of the staff are so wonderful and welcoming. Farhana makes our night every time we go. She is very personable and polite, and before I take my last sip of my beverage, Farhana is already asking if I need another. She goes above and beyond for her customers and I am very grateful for her attentiveness and positive attitude. This will always be our \"go to\" place for some great food, great drinks and wonderful service.

•Service was good for how busy they were (mid afternoon on a Friday) • ordered a couple of the poutines… one had severely over cooked fries, one had very undercooked fries. •one had raw “bacon” on it. Manager came over and said “it can’t be raw, it’s precooked and warmed up for each order”. Sadly… I know what undercooked bacon looks like when fat doesn’t render down. •brought concerns up, no care given… very sad. Won’t be back to this prepackaged, warmed up food.. I know it’s a pub but have some pride in your product.

We got in just in time. Place filled quickly for game night. Emily was outstanding. Friendly, smiling and explained everything. On her recommendation we tried the caesar wings and they were great and new. Never had them before. My wife had fish n chips, came 2 pc and I had the From Scratch burger. Hats off to kitchen. Came hot , full plate. Try a Lumber jack lager, very nice. Thanks Emily for a fun night
