Zoey T was my server and she was an absolute gem. Upon arriving at the restaurant, the host quickly sat us at a table where we were greeted almost immediately by our server. We were offered three types of water, unfortunately, we weren't informed that if you chose anything but tap water you would be charged but that's okay. I went with tap water because that's what I drink. We received the menus to look over and had previously reviewed them so I knew what I would be eating going into it. I was concerned greatly about portion size because I was choosing the mushroom risotto as its price point was most in my range and I was concerned that would not be sufficient to fill me without a protein attached. I ordered also the bruschetta to share with one of my companions. The bruschetta was absolutely amazing, the mushroom risotto I can't complain about other than there was one mushroom in there I didn't enjoy. My other dining companion ordered two sirloin tip steaks at $72 a steak. She eats a pure carnivore diet so there were no sides accompanying her dish. I don't personally think any steak needs to be that high. I teasingly remind her that she saved money not ordering herself a tomahawk at $185. It was a special occasion so splurging at such a place was worthwhile. The restaurant is above a casino so naturally there are casino sounds that you will hear, but they do not drown out the restaurant in anyway. It was definitely one of the most beautiful places I have eaten in Edmonton.

We got the tomhawk steak. Out of this world! So yummy and perfectly cooked. Also got the goat cheese bruschetta. So flavorful. I was impressed the butter for the bread was blue cheese infused. Overall great experience

The tableside Caesar Salad was the best I have eaten in my life. The following dishes were equally impressive. Waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. Was exactly the right “next level” experience we were hoping for.
Atlas has never disappointed us, the food is always delicious! We had the prime rib, lamb, tomahawk pork chop and the sea bass, all were amazing! The service was a bit slow for drinks, the waiter brought out an alcoholic drink instead of the zero proof that I ordered. This should never happen, I should have questioned it although I figured I would have received what I ordered. I contacted the manager via email and they responded with “it happens from time to time” as they have a zero proof and alcoholic drink with the same first part of the drink name.

Had a wonderful evening with my bestie and my son and his finance before the CFR. The chef accidentally burnt one of our appetizers and the manager gave complimentary drinks and reordered the appetizer for us. And kept making sure we were looked after all throughout the evening. Will be back real soon.

We had a wonderful first time experience at ATLAS Steak & Fish. Outstanding hospitality, food was excellent, our waiter Rick was personable, attentive, knowledgeable and fun. It's a hidden gem that really deserves more signage from outside of the building and the inside. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience!!!

Atlas in Edmonton was fantastic! The lamb was cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and the pork chop was one of the best I've ever had. To top it all off, the crème brûlée was absolutely to die for. Amazing food, great atmosphere, and definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.
