Me and my friends came here for brunch today for my friends birthday, and the service was horrible. We sat at our table for 25 minutes before we were even given waters, which my friend had to call someone over for. All the food was cold, which included sausages and waffles and it was definitely not fresh. Our server was very abrupt. She had dark hair, black glasses, and looked south Asian. Unfortunately i didn’t get her name because she did not even introduce herself. We were asked how we were going to pay before our food even came, then before we finished eating she came and gave us our bills. We were not asked if we wanted anything else, we did not ask for the bill. Seemed like we were rushed out of there. I understand restaurants can get busy, but this kind of service is not justified.

We had an amazing experience at IHOP. The manager, Charles, personally made sure everything was perfect, and you can really tell he cares about the guests and the quality of the food. Everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered.

Chandima provided outstanding service, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and especially sweet with my child.

We also tried the new menu item, the Spicy Poblano Eggs Benedict, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were bold, perfectly balanced, and something different in the best way.

Highly recommend this location, amazing service, and fantastic food. We will definitely be coming back.

I’m extremely disappointed with my Valentine’s Day breakfast from IHOP. What was supposed to be a nice start to the day was completely ruined by the quality of the food — specifically the avocado on the toast.
The avocado was heavily bruised, dark, and clearly past its prime. It looked like it should have been thrown in the garbage, not served to customers — especially not sent out for delivery. This isn’t just a small cosmetic issue; it reflects a serious lack of quality control.
It’s very frustrating to pay for a special breakfast and receive ingredients that are visibly spoiled. I expect much better standards from IHOP.
I hope management addresses food quality and checks what’s going out to customers more carefully in the future.

Really disappointed, my order wasn’t what I ordered, food came fast but incorrect and brought out in pieces. Syrups have went from 4 to 2. Missing the way it used to be
