The manager Charles working today April 28 2024 was awesome, welcoming and super friendly we had a minor issue with our food but was addressed and corrected by Charles who saved the day. What could have been a unpleasant experience was saved kudos to Charles and our server Ash. We left full and happy

After having some major issues with the QR payment system, the staff were able to sort everything out and be super helpful! The waiting staff is polite and friendly, and you must ask for Charles as he is an absolute gem, and one of the most personable people you'll ever get the pleasure of meeting.(Do not use the QR payment system)

Food extremely greasy. Even the scrambled eggs were greasy. Waitress (Suzie) leaves you waiting 20 minutes to order, after waiting 15 minutes to order coffee. Coffee tasted burnt. Take your money elsewhere. Never returning.

Went on a Saturday around noon. I was interrupted while asking a question, was not offered the listed options because I forgot about it and they didn't check, and then we had to seek out the waiter to pay after waiting for 15 minutes to be noticed (we made it very obvious by stacking plates, putting jackets on, and even raising my hand). After walking to the waiter, he did not ask my friend and I how we would like the bill, forcing my friend to pay for both of us. I understand it was busy when we walked in, but it was almost empty while we were waiting for the cheque.
