I can't say enough good things about this IHOP location! My family and I are regulars, and every visit is a treat. The food is consistently delicious, whether we're in the mood for breakfast classics or their tasty lunch and dinner options.
The servers are always friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They go above and beyond to ensure our experience is enjoyable, which keeps us coming back for more.

The food is so awful here wow. There was a hair in my scrambled eggs. And then they remade them... as a rubbery omelette that was sliced up...
They didn't remove the meal with the hair from my bill. No one touched even the remade version. And 2 of the cups were dirty...
The waitress seemed so miserable and it was such an unpleasant experience and total waste of money.

Very disappointed. Mid afternoon on a Tuesday. Only a couple customers. The place is fairly new, but very dirty. Why not have the staff clean and wipe things off. See pictures.

I usually love going to IHOP, but the quality at this location has been dropping noticeably — and it’s really disappointing. I placed a pickup order recently, and almost everything about it felt like a rushed afterthought.
The blueberry pancakes were barely cooked evenly, and the blueberries were thrown only in the center — the rest of the pancake was plain and dry. The strawberry banana pancakes came with just a sprinkle of fruit, nowhere near the amount IHOP used to serve. And the breakfast potatoes? Tiny portion — barely half of what a regular dine-in order would include.
On top of that, no butter was provided with the pancakes, and the amount of maple syrup included was minimal — definitely not enough for a full pancake serving.
To make it worse, I paid for fresh orange juice but got what clearly tasted like a bottled, bland, supermarket version. If you’re going to charge for premium, you need to deliver premium — not cut corners.
This was a pickup order, and honestly, if you can’t uphold quality standards or proper portion sizes in to-go orders, maybe pause online ordering until you can. As someone who used to enjoy IHOP, I can’t recommend this location anymore.
dissapointed. ordered a spinach and mushroom omellete, did not get my side.... guy said he would be back with my toast... never came back, they didn't even check on me till I was almost done the ommellet and it was a different girl. was only offered a 2 dollar discount. on top of that it was super chalky tasting. almost as if the spinach wasn't washed

I wish I could attach the picture of the saddest looking French toast I've ever seen. I was given ONE absolutely huge junk of yellow, dry, bread loaf for take out. It was so hilarious, it's almost like they make it so on purpose so people would strictly stick to pancakes. Lesson learned.
