I wish I could attach the picture of the saddest looking French toast I've ever seen. I was given ONE absolutely huge junk of yellow, dry, bread loaf for take out. It was so hilarious, it's almost like they make it so on purpose so people would strictly stick to pancakes. Lesson learned.

I have been coming here to this location for years. It's been great. I don't know what has changed as of late though. I can't even comment on how the food is because I can't seem to get to the point of even ordering a drink. The last two times I've come here, I come by myself (lower tip I know, sorry) I have been seated and walked past for upwards of 15 minutes. No drink no anything. Today the server finally came to me after I sat for 23 minutes! I'm over it at this point. I just want an easy meal. But nope that's a bit much to ask I suppose. Thanks for your prior service. But I'll be going elsewhere now.

I’m really disappointed with my pickup order from IHOP. As you can see in the photo, the sausages are completely burnt and the French toast is overcooked. I didn’t notice until I got home, and opened the food container. I don’t understand how this left the kitchen in this condition, it’s just not acceptable! Very frustrating experience, and never going back to this location. I called the restaurant, and spoke to the manager, Paul. He was very apologetic, and offered me a gift card to make up for the it.
I went back, hoping they’d make things right, and all they gave me was a pathetic $10 gift card. That didn’t even cover the cost of my meal, what an absolute joke! I wasted my time and gas driving there for absolutely nothing. The management clearly couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction, and their so called solution was insulting! I’ve never been this disappointed with a restaurant in my life. The way they handled the situation was downright unprofessional. I will never go back, and I’ll make sure others know exactly how poorly they treat their customers!

Your typical franchised pancake house, food was good, service was good as well, and the atmosphere was ordinary.
Come for your flapjacks and get your fill.
Nothing outstanding or worth writing home about, but also not bad in any way.
Won't say don't pass this place but you don't need to stop for it either.

I ordered a bacon temptation omelette when the omelette came it looked like it had been thrown together from across the room with a gloopy sauce and not very nice. The most disturbing thing is the men preparing the food all have beards and not one of them are wearing a net to cover it!! and even worse I watched one of them pull out a mobile phone while preparing food with gloves on show an other guy then put the phone away and carry on, no change of gloves!!! The bathrooms and floors are disgusting, it just shows the lack of care that is shown to cleanliness, who knows what the kitchens are like... You need to train your staff in food safety and hygiene!!!!!

Kitchen staff needs to wear hair nets in the kitchen. None of them were wearing any nets and there was hair in the food. Didnt eat the food with hair in it. When we complained it was $5 discount on the whole order and then taken off the order when we asked. Never coming back here
