Our server was nice and polite. I realize there is a lot of effort is placed on cleanliness, however I found a small black hair on the side of my plate. Because it was on the edge, and not the food, I decided not to say anything. Please be careful and observant.

On this past Saturday, a lady that was in the front, (I unfortunately did not get her name, she was white and tall), was helping a gentleman that worked for DoorDash. When he accidentally left the pop on the counter she proceeded to say “he is so stupid,” that comment was unprofessional and uncalled for. This behaviour should not be tolerated. Other than that the rest of my time there was enjoyable and the food was good. L

Was served by Joaquin and my time at ihop was cut short… mid way through our meal he came up to ask if our bill was together or separate. Then a few minutes later gave us our bills although we were not done and wanted to order more. When he dropped off the bills he took my half eaten plate and stacked other plates on top so I couldn’t even ask for it back. He left one plate in front of us but took our utensils so we couldn’t finish so we just left.

Very upset. Normally I always go to this IHop and never have issues. But when I went on Thursday it was a whole different story. First got there and they said a 10 minute wait which was fine because it was just my friend and I. Next thing you know it’s been 20 minutes before we get seated. Then I found a hair in my food which made me get sick. When I told my waiter all he did was give me a $20,back as I had paid for the food before I found the hair. He did not ask if I wanted it remade or anything all he did was give me $20. I am very disappointed
As always, this is one of the best places to go for breakfast. I love the fajita omelet. Oh my gosh so amazing

We have been to ihop in Canada and USA multiple times. We don’t have one where we live so we try and go as it’s a treat. This was by far the worst experience. The waiter was extremely rude & curt. I went to grab my coffee that he poured and rudely told me not to touch it until he was done pouring my husbands. The food was meh and about an hour later our whole party was sick and we wasted a whole day in Edmonton. Save your money. Not worth it!

My mom, my son and I went for supper this past Friday. My mom ordered the roast beef entree and not even 30 minutes later and very suddenly was very ill ! It was dead there as well the waitress was very nice no complaints but just very unfortunate that this had to happen!
