Ordered fish and chips. Was done in less than 10 mins. Cut the fish open and it was soggy inside. Told waitress it wasn't cooked and she asked if I wanted another. I said no because he will just rush the order again. Asked for bill. Was charged full price even though I sent back 3/4 of my meal. When I asked if they always charge regular price for raw food she said she could ask the manager. Shouldn't she have spoken to the manager about it already? Won't waste my money here anymore

Thank you to Manager Yogi and Staff for helping to make a surprise 65th Wedding Anniversary a huge success. I know all 34 who attended ,commented how great and friendly the staff is. Even with this large group we were served in a timely fashion.

Thanks again

My husband and I and several of our friends are regulars – I hope after this breakfast you’ll gain some new customers.

* We really like the Seniors menu and now your $10 breakfast options. Very affordable .

I ordered on skip and because it was over $35 I was supposed to get a free waffle but IHOP forgot it. They also did not follow my instructions on the cooking prodecure for my items. I am very upset. Do not recommend.

Food was just ok, not bad but bland and generic. Service was slow and not very friendly or welcoming and maybe some music would help the atmosphere ‘cause it was dead in there.

This place is so run down and in need of renos , tonight was the worst food we've had in a long time . The food was burnt left overs they reheated , the pancakes were burnt and cold the butter wouldn't even melt , the omelet was missing the green pepper , only had a couple pieces of shredded hashbrowns they scraped out of the grease trap or off someone else's used plate ....
Totally disgusting,

We had a great, although short experience. Our waited had dropped off cofeee and waters and was very attentive to our needs however shortly after being sat of our parents wasn’t feeling well and asked to leave.
Our waiter was lovely, wished us a happy Thanksgiving and sent us on our way with a smile. Always happy to receive good people-first service.

I ordered the Cali Roasted Turkey Melt, expecting a fresh, hearty sandwich for $19, based on the appealing, healthy-looking image in the menu. What I received, however, was a disaster: the sandwich arrived looking nothing like the photo. It was missing key ingredients like avocado, had only a tiny cherry tomato slice, and came on thin, soggy brown toast instead of the thick multigrain bread promised. The presentation was sloppy, with no attempt to even resemble the advertised meal.

When I politely pointed out the issues, the server got defensive, insisting the photos are “fake computer-generated” and that they “can’t serve anything like them.” I get that it might not look staged, but all I expected was a fresh, quality sandwich with the ingredients I paid for. Eventually, a manager came out and offered to remake it. I asked to keep the onion rings so I wouldn’t be left waiting, but they were taken away and never returned.

The replacement sandwich was somehow even worse. Rather than a fresh, satisfying meal, it arrived as a greasy, oily mess. They’d used the same cheap, soggy bread but slathered it in butter to force a crust—only making it even more soaked in oil. The turkey, which tasted more like chicken, was undercooked and dripping with grease. What should have been a simple, fresh sandwich ended up as an unpleasant concoction, where the only detectable flavor was canola oil.

The service was equally disappointing. The server rolled his eyes while taking my feedback, seemed ashamed of the food, and avoided eye contact, giving the impression he didn’t want to hear it. This experience was insulting both as a customer and as someone who expects the basics: honesty, effort, and respect. For $19, I don't expect Michelin star, but I could have had 2 fast food meals elsewhere that would have been healthier, satisfying and edible.

I paid, but I’ll never be back—and I’ll be warning others to avoid this place.
