The customer service is not good. The employee who answers the phone is very rude. The food quality is also questionable. We order from there many times and the quality is not consistent. Last time the samosas were all burned.

Food is good but they are very slow. If you ordered from home and they said 15 minutes always takeit more than half an hour.

Can’t beat the value of this food. It’s gone through a couple name changes over the years, but still makes food that makes us happy. Only negative is that the samosas have started to shrink in size, but minor. Good neighborhood gem.

They simply don't' not have enough sales to provide you the fresh meat everyday. Also the flavour in their marinated meats is weird.1+1 is not equal to 2 for these guys. Weigh your fish when you are in the store.

Have been trying their food since they were Waraich meats. The quality of food has taken a steep decline in last year. In today's order for "Chole Bhature" I advised the lady (who probably is a chef) while placing the order to make the bhatura nicely as last time it was too crunchy - not like they should be. But they disappointed again. This time I called back right away and the gentleman on the phone said all they could do is "try their best" and that it could be 50% crunchy but not all. WoW!! Moreover it was cold even though I was there as per time I was asked to be there. Not something you hear from a restaurant been in place for years. Not sure if management has changed recently as I had great experience when the lady owner was at the shop managing the operations. Would not recommend

Since moving to Edmonton from BC, we really have yet to find a good restaurant. We found that the restaurants out here are really lacking in quality, quantity and most importantly of all, flavour. However, we were quite pleasantly surprised with the quality of Rasam restaurant. The food here is amazing. It’s not greasy, they provide good portions and most importantly of all, the food is tasty! They are an Indian restaurant but they are different (in a good way) than a lot of the other Indian restaurants we have tried out here so far. We have used them to cater a party, and just for nights that we don’t feel like cooking and so far have not been disappointed. Take it from a foodie and a very picky eater, if you’re looking for a good Indian restaurant - you can’t go wrong with this place.

I had called in and ordered the Butter Chicken Lunch Special and stated that very clearly on phone, repeating how it’s worded on Skip the dishes. It’s supposed to come with rice and naan and is listed at 9.99 + tax. Not only was I over charged(paid 13 and change) I also wasn’t given rice with it. When I called and mentioned this, I had to repeat 4 times that I had just picked up my order a few minutes prior, and the one that answered the phone kept trying to make it as a new order. I kept stating that I’m not placing an order, that I had already picked Because I didn’t say “combo”, that is apparently the reason why I didn’t get rice. Isn’t “Special”, especially “lunch special” the same thing? Especially since that is how it’s worded on their menu? Absolutely ridiculous. I had to get upset before an apology was given. Do NOT order from here
