Store is great as always. Large selection of specialty and gourmet items. Deli is fantastic with a very wide variety if items and a buch of unique items. Highly recommend the massimo house branded items, great quality and flavour for cost.

Went had an evening outing at your establishment, and im happy to say the service was amazing! Very clean and the people were lovely here! The food was amazing, tasted superbly yummy!! The sandwiches were not dry and the salads were perfect! I will definitely be returning!

I would like to share my experience of great service I received at deli department. There is a selection of cured and smoked meats & sausage. It happen that mostly I had been served by Mykola. He helps me so quickly by describing meat product and providing a sample. So, I always buy what I like at most the taste of dried cured meat that sliced very thinly and simply melt in the mouth. Mykola is always polite and attentive. He is able to vacuum seal it, so, it can last longer in the fridge or freezer. Definitely, he provides an excellent customer service.

Me and my kind are usuals at this place and lately i see a very racist approach on the deli side where they don't give you the fortaste piece assuming that anything would do for you...and that they treat the other people differently!! Non è una bella sensazione.

Bought a pack of Pinsa Flatbread ($9.98) from the bakery section. The label clearly says “KEEP FROZEN”, yet it was just sitting out on the shelf. My wife put it in the fridge overnight, and by the next morning it was already covered in mold spots.
So let me get this straight — instead of tossing expired or mishandled bread, you leave it out for customers to buy, only for us to throw it in the garbage at home? That’s not just careless, it’s downright disgusting.
At almost ten bucks a pack, this is unacceptable. If this is how bread is handled here, I won’t be risking another purchase.
