I would like to share my experience of great service I received at deli department. There is a selection of cured and smoked meats & sausage. It happen that mostly I had been served by Mykola. He helps me so quickly by describing meat product and providing a sample. So, I always buy what I like atmost the taste of dried cured meat that sliced very thinly and simply melt in the mouth. Mykola is always polite and attentive. He is able to vacuum seal it, so, it can last longer in the fridge or freezer. Definitely, he provides an excellent customer service.

Best pizza in the city!

We bought a focaccia loaf on Saturday, September 28. Today, September 29 as we pulled it out for dinner, we found mold all over the top of it. Called and they won't do an exchange unless I have a receipt. No, I don't have my receipt. I have your moldy focaccia with the bag tag showing I got it from your store and the best before date of today. Gross.

Also, when I called to ask for an exchange, the lady on the phone told me they don't have any until THURSDAY. I'm reading that as they sold 3 day old focaccia that I got on SATURDAY - for those reading, that's $12 for 3 day old bread.

The ppl there were so helpful i was looking for black garlic for a dish and they helped me find it and walked me through the basics of how to use it (ive used it before but its good to know they care so much for customers)

Great place to shop for meats, cheese and a whole smack of other goodies. Prices are fair and produce is fresh. Love coming here and always leave a pound heavier with all the samples.

My favourite place to shop but today there’s an Asian lady working the till with glasses .. very rude ignorant and mean .. if she hates her job she should leave and not be in customer service .. still love my Italian market tho

Great bakery, great deli. Ok produce and an amazing selection of import food stuffs. Also the cafe is above average for the area.

I went for the pizza which was amazing but then was blown away by the fantastic pastries!

Went in to pick up a preorder today and I must at the service was fantastic. Renee was very happy to help and assisted ringing all the food out for us. Went above and beyond! Will certainly order again!

This place sale sandwich put old lettuce in sandwiches. I’m going report to health inspectors come check. Paid money get old food.

terrible food. bought a sandwhich and it gave me food poisoning... dunno how long they left it out and then repackaged it... their pizza isnt worth the 18$ they charge for it.
