Great service by our bartender. Food came very quickly and the Atlantic salmon sashimi special was very fresh. My ramen was tasty. The broth was good but was just shy of the perfect combination of complexity of flavors. The size was a little smaller also than I would have liked. Otherwise I would have given five star for the food.

The food is okay. Nothing to rave about. The portions for the ramen and hot plate were small for the price. However, the chicken teriyaki had a lot. Our server seemed tired even though they just opened lol. I love the look of the restaurant and the bathroom is nice, but small. Heated toilet seats!

Went here last time during Animethon and the food was amazing, came back this time again and the food did not disappoint. Amazing service as well! I highly recommend their ramen!
Great place to go for lunch or dinner, as they offer a wide variety of good Japanese food. I highly recommend the cream udon and the ramen, but all the side dishes are also amazing.
The service was amazing and the staff were very kind and attentive.
Only real downside if I had to say is that the food is a little on the pricey side, but Dorinku is a very nice place to go once in a while to fill up on Japanese food.

I went there with my friends and I had an amazing time. The food was delicious. The service was top-notch, a staff named phoebe helped me, she was super friendly and attentive. It was my first time trying Japanese food and I was confused but she was very calm and explained nicely. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend!
Honestly, if I could rate it 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service. Go to Dorinku Osaka down on Jasper Ave if you want a better experience. Servers there are kind and willing, I felt more appreciated there. My VEGAN daughter was served PORK in her dish. Awful. The Shaka Shaka Fries are delightful though.

Went here during lunch on Halloween day with my friend, and let me tell you this! We had an amazing time! The place was so well decorated and my server Phoebe was amazing! She recommended the best dishes which is the salmon pressed and she was right about “it melts in your mouth”. I also had the UME bento and carbonara, everything on our table was amazing! At the end she even gave us chocolates from her mini basket! 10/10 would come back again. I forgot to take pictures as we were enjoying everything in that moment haha!

slow service, poorly written menu, small pricy portions. i ordered curry pork katsu. there was no curry sauce or flavour and it didnt come with rice, which if the server had warned me, that would have been nice to know before waiting for everyones food and then mine to show up once everyone was finished eating.(its fine that it takes a while but for it to arrive with no rice was a massive letdown.) for a slow halloween night im kind of sad there was no care or effort shown. usually a nice spot otherwise.
