Harsh was an incredible server! Super bubbly, sweet, and caring. She was consistently making sure our drinks were full and brought our food out very quickly. Definitely recommend this place as the atmosphere was like no other for the oilers game! Lovely place, friendly, over all great atmosphere

Jacks is the place to Be! Best customer service ! Met Mona tonight and had a blast! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food good customer service and a good time !!!

I have no idea why this place isnāt 5 star. The pizza is delish, appies great, drinks strong/fun, prices reasonable and service like coming home to your favourite people. Mona is a darling and treated us like family. Seriously, just go!

Worst service ever by the owner( guy with the turban) ordered blue moon beer which was flat and tasted like rotten fruit juice cheap on the garnish after letting the server know after just a sip of it that the beer had gone bad still had to pay because according to the owner āitems ones sold will not be taken backā. So we ended up going to Chili peppers anccross the street and had a great food and service at chilli peppers. Jacks lost a potential customer who would have happily spent $60-$90 just by voiding or changing the beer. I guess very new to the hospitality industry!!! Hopefully learns quickly before itās too late!!! Will never go back

Worst service started off ordering drinks never seen the server after the first drink didn't get to order food as menus sat on the table for over 2.5 hours don't recommend.
I ordered so many times from this restaurant through skip for the last two times food was really bad. The pannini and fries was burnt, wings was super dry and fish tikka had literally 3 small pieces out of which once piece was severed. Called the restaurant and complained no response.

Every bar and kitchen has its good and not so good things about it, but generally speaking my son and I consider Jack's a very fun place to hang out, enjoy a good burger, and shoot pool. The pizza is beyond amazing and the service has always been very friendly. We are regulars now. Great place to unwind after work and meet people. Try it!!!
