Sat with a friend over drinks, and some finger foods. Everything including the service was great! Nice lil spot with friendly patrons as well. Would def recommend, and will be going back for more of their food, and friendly atmosphere 🙂

Harsh was an incredible server! Super bubbly, sweet, and caring. She was consistently making sure our drinks were full and brought our food out very quickly. Definitely recommend this place as the atmosphere was like no other for the oilers game! Lovely place, friendly, over all great atmosphere

Jacks is the place to Be! Best customer service ! Met Mona tonight and had a blast! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good food good customer service and a good time !!!

I have no idea why this place isn’t 5 star. The pizza is delish, appies great, drinks strong/fun, prices reasonable and service like coming home to your favourite people. Mona is a darling and treated us like family. Seriously, just go!

Worst service ever by the owner( guy with the turban) ordered blue moon beer which was flat and tasted like rotten fruit juice cheap on the garnish after letting the server know after just a sip of it that the beer had gone bad still had to pay because according to the owner “items ones sold will not be taken back”. So we ended up going to Chili peppers anccross the street and had a great food and service at chilli peppers. Jacks lost a potential customer who would have happily spent $60-$90 just by voiding or changing the beer. I guess very new to the hospitality industry!!! Hopefully learns quickly before it’s too late!!! Will never go back

I ordered so many times from this restaurant through skip for the last two times food was really bad. The pannini and fries was burnt, wings was super dry and fish tikka had literally 3 small pieces out of which once piece was severed. Called the restaurant and complained no response.
