I had the Spicy Jerk Chicken combo with the rice and beans, coleslaw, and knot bread and everything tasted delicious. The chicken was juicy and tender and the rice was cooked great, and everything had good flavour. The spice level was just right, for me at least. Staff were very friendly!

Food is overpriced and they need more dishes on the menu I only recommend patty purchases at this location need better chef I think..I give them a one star..until food is shared as if I spent 20 bucks because two pieces of oxtail and u n cooked rice for $22 is not giving come back soon….

This place is located inside West Edmonton Mall in the Phase 3 food court.I'm not familiar with authentic Jamaican food, so I can't rate this place based on authenticity. However, I can definitely comment on the quality of the meals.During our first visit, the meat was a bit tough, but I heard that's how it's supposed to be done. The toughness didn't bother me because the taste was still there. On our second visit, we tried the oxtail, and again, it was to my liking. However, I'm not a fan of their coleslaw; it was too garlicky for my taste, and the knot bread was tasteless.Parking: Park at the London Drugs entrance for a shorter distance.

Tried a different Jamaican food place prior to this and couldn't say that I had the same experience with Jamaican Jerk Shak. The food here is great, not too salty, the perfect amount of spiced and serving. The staff are really friendly too! Will try the oxtail next time!! :)
