Very disappointed in this place. We took out two grandsons and told them about how much fun tepanyaki tables are. Not here, no show!!!! Threw knives up in air a few times. No fire show. Hard to understand chef. We felt very rushed, brought soup and salad together. Ordered appetizer and we already were getting our meal and it hadn’t come, inquired and was told the grill wasn’t working. Got it during the meal. The rice, came in a bowl, usually the chef cooks with the main courses. Ordered desert, there were only three and when we ordered cheesecake was told they didn’t have. Really, it’s Friday night, one of the busiest times of the week and you don’t have?!!!!! I would stay away from this place, it was a terrible experience and will not return

We had a reservation for 7pm and didn’t get served for an hour. Left waiting at our table with less than accurate drink orders. Waitress came around once throughout the whole hour. If you’re looking for good customer service this isn’t the place.

Most come for a show with the meal. The lady chef couldn't even hold my 6yo attention. very broken English and very low speaking. My three kids were actually watching the chefs behind us as our meal was being prepared. They were very entertaining and fun. There was some old food around the floor at our table. Service was ok. Came back to table with missing items and took until the end of our meal to get water. We had to ask for water. If you charge the prices you do, your service should be above and beyond. This is where this young man was failed by his management team. Step away from that desk and walk your floor with a pitcher of water. You'll be amazed what you see about your service. Food was average at best. Would've been just as satisfied edo. $69 for a 14oz low quality flavorless ribeye... I don't mind paying for a good steak. I've paid plenty more, but this was not worth the price. Chicken was dry and chewy. Kids barely touched it. teriyaki beef was the same chewy and very little flavor Even the couple at our table on their first date said they couldn't eat it. We asked for more rice, and it never came. I'm glad they added a 15% tip automatically because I would have given 10% on that one. I give this place a hit or miss depending on who your chef is

Was very impressed with the chef, not as impressed with our server. My filet minion steak was cooked perfect and everyone else in my party enjoyed their food.
This was hands down the BEST dining experience I have ever had. The chef made our night- entertaining us all- especially our 2 year old grandbaby. The food was mouthwatering. Coming from NS and having Alberta beef was such treat. We will be back every time we come to visit.
