Must try !
Very good cateringššdelicious food, the best in edmunton
We had the pleasure of having JavaChef cater our wedding this past January, and we couldnāt have been more thrilled with their service.
The menu options were vast, ensuring that every guest found something they loved. The food was beautifully displayed and absolutely delicious. The Mac and Cheese Bites appetizer especially were a huge hitāguests couldnāt stop talking about them even after the wedding!
Regarding the team: Leading up to the wedding, communication was seamless. And the staff on the day of the event were incredibly friendly, flexible, and efficient. A huge thank you to the entire JavaChef team for helping make our wedding day so memorable!
We had booked a private dinner with Java chef and were beyond impressed. The table looked amazing and the food was incredible. Thomas had everything so perfectly timed (and did some special plating for the kids) even our 2 and 4 year old stayed at the table for the whole 4 course meal!
Love that I can find regular Indonesian food in Edmonton. The farmers markets in St Albert and Old Strathcona are where I usually get satays from.
Found you by accident at Callingwood Farmer's Market Sunday July 9 2003. Thrilled to finally find good Indonesian food, like I remember eating when I lived in Rotterdam, 50+ years ago. Prices very reasonable. We will be back to try more :-))
Haven't even visited yet but moving to Edmonton in April and can't wait to try! My wife is from Java so happy there's an Indonesian option for us.
We had catering for family dinner from Java Chef twice this month. The food was fantastic both times. Even the picky eaters in the family loved the food. This is the first place weāve found for Indonesian food since our trip to Amsterdam several years ago, and it was awesome! Reasonable prices and delivered to our front door. We will be ordering again :)
Couldnāt have been happier with our experience. Java arranged an incredible 4 course meal for my wife and I at our house. This was a very convenient yet still fancy alternative to going out on the town, important for us since we have a toddler and did not have childcare available.Java were very professional, easy to coordinate with over email, they made a number of menu accommodations I requested then of course the food was incredibly tasty. If you feel like Mexican I highly recommend the Tortilla Soup - phenomenal, and if you like spice - you have to try Thomasās salsa - so good!! They also created a marvellous table spread which really made us feel special and like we were out on the town in our very own kitchen. We had leftovers as well which were still tasty the next day. All in all I would say very read only priced too!! Will definitely be enlisting Javaās services again!!
I really recommend Java Chef. Their foods are tasty with huge portion and reasonable price. I always have Chicken satay, indonesian meatballs and their chicken in my freezer. A Life saver when I donāt have time to cook. Thank you ?? for bringing Indonesian food to Edmonton.

I tried the special today ($9.50) with 5 pork satay skewers, coconut rice, fried noodles, and a couple pieces of choy. The food was very tasty! The peanut sauce for the pork satay skewers was amazing and one of the best I've ever had. The portion was fair for the price. The owner is friendly and provided excellent customer service. Looking forward to trying some more of her Indonesian food.
My whole family love the Chicken Satayā¤ļø I am so happy to have found you again at the St. Albert Farmers Market! I look forward to seeing you again!
