First time at jay bee's the restaurant was clean and I loved the atmosphere but I ordered a Frank’s red hot chicken sandwich with regular fries, the waiter came with the wrong order of fries and gave me yam fries instead, when I told the waitress that I had ordered regular fries she shouted no I didint even though my friends clearly heard me say regular, after that she eventually after minutes of arguing she left and came back with my fries. At the end when we asked for our bills she messed up all off our bills and the prices were completely wrong but it wasn’t that big of an issue because we coulda just let her know, after we let her know she got really angry and stormed off then came back with the proper bill and said “are you happy now” while rolling her eyes. And also she didint come to our table at all to check if anything was ok, she was only at our table when we she gave us the food and when we asked for the bill. This was truly one of the worst service I’ve ever had in my life.

Was at dinner today with my mom, and overheard a racist remark from a blonde server about a native table. Disappointed in our experience, and definitely won't be coming back after that incident.

Food: I had ordered an 8oz sirloin cooked medium rare. Very disappointed. When I got my supper; my steak was maybe 6oz (max) and very tough. Im thinking it was eye-of round. It was also over cooked.
Service: it seemed to be only one server working. We had heard others complaining about slow service. They are under staffed.
All-in-all, I will not be returning and nor would I recommend this restaurant.

Great service! The food was good and pricing is on par. I am not a big breakfast eater, but had a AM work meeting here. The star of the show was our server. She handled 17 people by herself, with precision ☺️. I wish I got her name to give her a shout-out. But all the staff I encountered seemed very pleasant. I recommend this place, they seem to have some budget friendly promotions right now, so check them out!

Ordered fish and chips and a beef dip through skip the dishes. Did not get the gravy that I had paid $2.99 for. The jus for the beef dip had spilled all over the cardboard carton it was placed in. Instead of coleslaw we received two teensy garden salads that were on their last legs. When I phoned in to complain I was told that the manager was not in but would receive a call back shortly. The manager never did call me back. This was very poor customer service.

Owners..get some tables that don't wobble. This place is a Jon Taffer special. Feel bad for the servers but a nearly empty restaurant shouldn't have sticky tables either. The piece of ham was like the bottom of a grannies moccasin.

Ordered eggs basted soft, received 1 egg basted medium which was hiding a broken egg underneath! The coverup is worse than the crime! That is unacceptable and I wonder what else they try to hide…
