Over the last two visits, spaced a few weeks apart, the quality of food has unfortunately declined and no longer reflects the standard expected from a well-known restaurant like yours.
During our visit today, we dined in as a group of six. Sadly, most of the dishes were left almost untouched, and we all left feeling hungry. The food quality was noticeably different from what we had previously enjoyed especially your beef shawarma.
I sincerely hope you will refocus on quality over quantity, as this is what originally set your restaurant apart and earned it its reputation.

We visited this restaurant again because we had a good experience a few months ago, but unfortunately this visit was completely different.

My husband and I ordered the beef shawarma, and our daughter had the beef shawarma plate with rice. The restaurant was extremely busy, and from the moment we arrived, something didn’t feel quite right. The dining area looked noticeably dirty, which we initially assumed was due to how crowded it was.

Within two hours of eating, all three of us became very sick with severe vomiting and diarrhea. It was clear that we had significant food poisoning, and the timing strongly points to the food we consumed here, as we had all eaten the same meals.

What makes this even more concerning is that we had just returned from Mexico two weeks prior and all had traveler’s diarrhea vaccinations. None of us became ill during our trip, yet we got very sick after eating here. This raises serious concerns about food handling and cleanliness, especially in the kitchen, as it’s unlikely all three of us would fall ill at the same time otherwise.

In addition to the illness, the food quality itself was noticeably worse than our previous visit. The taste and overall freshness were not the same as before.

This experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. Based on what happened, we won’t be returning, and we hope management takes cleanliness, food safety, and quality control much more seriously to prevent this from happening to others.
