I have been going to Jerusalem Shawarma since they only have one location in Calgary even I’m from Edmonton. Was very excited when they finally came to Edmonton, tried first time in south common location when they just opened, it wasn’t great, meats was dry and garlic sauce without garlic flavour. Thought to give it another try, second time was ok. Then they opened one in northside, tried again, not good at all and decided one more try again yesterday, it was very bad. Had the beef and chicken shawarma, chicken was ok but the beef was very salty, too salty that I couldn’t eat that at all, hummus and potato also very salty, baklava was very soggy, they used to be my favourite baklava but not anymore after yesterday. Quite disappointed everything we had yesterday. Probably not worth to give it another try again.

Jerusalem shawarma was worth it .Food is good .Busy place , lot of people in the kitchen line but nobody to clean the tables . Front lady is rude for no reason at all.
I came for dine in , but I did take out since I didn’t felt like having it there . If you speak their language , u get special nice service though .
However . As a whole , I liked their food , but need to improve on their service . I will come back again for takeout . Thanks team .

I was amazed with quantity of falafel wrap and shawarma. It was so delicious. The service was really good. They even served tea and Baklawa. The best baklava I have ever had. I loved everything about this place.

The best Jerusalem in town, and definitely the best shawarma in town. The staff is very friendly and if you’re lucky to run into Abo Abed, then you’ll get some delicious complimentary drink/baklava.

I've ordered food for delivery from here a couple of times, but today was my first time going to the restaurant. The place was packed and it took a little while to get the order. However the staff make up for all of this. Every person behind the counter was smiling and interacting with the customers, Abo Elabd offered us a free sample of baklava and tea that were both delicious, and he cleared the tables as people filed out. I left in a better mood than when I arrived. And the food was great, as always!
