I’ve been a regular customer for about a year now and I’ve always liked getting food from this place but this time it was different. I got an Arabic shawarma place and it was as disappointing as it can get. The beef itself was very stale and dry with only onion and pickles in the wrap (before it was different) the fries tasted like they’ve been sitting in the back forever, I’m not sure if this place has changed it’s management but will definitely not be coming back again after this disappointing experience.

Visiting from Regina, Sk and never had shawarma and it did not disappoint. All the flavors were spectacular. Host came around and offered a sample for tea which was also delicious. When I asked what the tea was made of the host explained and also gave us a generous amount to take home. Will definitely come again and try something new.

We stopped in after discovering our original restaurant was closed for renovations, and were absolutely blown away by both the food and the service. Anas was exceptionally friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable—taking the time to explain the unique flavours in the teas, dishes, and desserts. The portions were generous, and we all left with leftovers to enjoy later. I’m already looking forward to coming back the next time I’m in Edmonton—or if you ever open in Saskatoon. Highly recommended!

I recently ordered takeout from Jerusalem Shawarma, choosing the Family Plate for 6. It offered good value for a family meal, including 6 skewers of chicken and 6 skewers of beef kabobs, along with rice, garlic sauce, bread, and fatoush.
The best part of the meal was definitely the meat—the chicken and beef kabobs were excellent, well-cooked, and nicely seasoned. The garlic sauce and bread complemented them well.
On the other hand, the rice was quite plain and lacked flavor, and the fatoush salad was only average.
Overall, it's a solid choice for satisfying kabobs and offers good portion sizes for the price.

One of my favourite restaurants! The food is always fresh and flavourful, and the service is amazing every single time. Rashid always goes above and beyond he even brings complimentary tea and sweets, which really adds to the experience. I come here all the time and it never disappoints!
