The atmosphere was very cool! The service was really good but the pork I ordered was very flavourless, other than that good prices and location was good.

Waited for an hour, then we were told after that they run out of ingredients. It was unacceptable! They should've told us ahead of time! Worst experience!!!

We were told to wait for about an hour because they “surely” would have a table for us. We decided to be patient and waited as instructed even though we’re starving, but after more than an hour, we still didn’t get seated or even updated properly. The staff seemed disorganized and didn’t care to follow up. We completely wasted our time waiting for nothing after the staff told us they’re short of INGREDIENTS for foods, they should’ve been honest from the start instead of giving false hope. Terrible customer service — we won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values their time.

Waited for an hour from 11:30pm to 12:30am just to let us know that their ingredients is not enough to accommodate us. WHAT A JOKE OF A RESTAURANT!

The food was average overall. The flavors were acceptable, but the portions were unreasonably small for the price. The K Army Soup, for instance, was only filled halfway up the bowl.
The server was courteous, though it was difficult to get their attention at times. Unfortunately, the food quality has declined since the restaurant was featured on Global News, which was disappointing given its previous reputation.

We used to really love JMT and recommended it to friends, but sadly our recent visit was disappointing. They recently changed their menu and the portion sizes have become much smaller. We ordered the fried chicken and were surprised, the pieces were tiny, almost like nuggets, and half the plate was just fries. On top of that, they removed some of their best dishes like Ban Ban Chicken and the Dynamite Roll, which we know many customers enjoyed.
It’s unfortunate to see a place we liked go downhill. When a restaurant starts cutting portions and removing popular items, customers will eventually start looking elsewhere. Hoping they consider bringing back the quality and menu items that made them great in the first place.

We were unsuccessful to get a spot at Moonga Nori and ended up here. I got Bulgogi Bibimbap. It was the worst I ever tried.
Overpriced? Maybe just inflation.
Portion size looks small but I was full.
Food level is you have an Asian friend who cooked for you after party night. I hope other meals are different.

JMT used to be my go-to Korean spot for late-night cravings, but sadly, not anymore. They’ve changed a lot in their menu, and while the food — especially the chicken — is still good, it’s just not the same as before. What really disappointed me is that side dishes like Mandu or Rose Tteokbokki are no longer included. You now have to order them separately, which means paying extra for what used to come with the meal. Maybe some people like the new setup, but for me, it feels like you’re getting less for more. JMT used to be my favorite, but it just doesn’t feel the same anymore.

Extremely disappointing experience. The food was overpriced and the portion size was unreasonably small — over $20 for just two slices of meat. To make things worse, my order was incorrect. This level of quality and service does not justify the high prices.

Came for dinner, I had bulgogi meat had a small portion considering the price. staff was asked about the portion and said that they didn’t have the control because of manager not being there. Also had ice cream but it is hard frozen couldn’t even scoop it. It is overpriced considering the portion of the meat they serve.

Great tteok-boki, green tea and fried chicken and a super cute restaraunt all around, 10/10.
I went here on a weekday afternoon for lunch and it was nice and quiet. It sounds like it gets quite crazy at night though, they had used up all their chicken during the previous night so we weren't able to get any of the fried chicken unfortunately. I'd recommend getting things to share, in particular, the corn cheese was delicious! The chicken would also have been great for sharing if they hadn't run out of it. If you want more individual food, the jajangmyun is really good, and they offer small sizes (honestly isn't even that small) which pairs well (in terms of money and amount of food) with any shareable dishes you might want to try. They even gave us the option to get the spicy seasoning on the side so that each person could customize it to their desired level of spiciness, which I thought was a great idea!
