I visited the restaurant around lunchtime on a weekday. The place was nearly empty, only two or three other tables were occupied besides ours. so it clearly wasn’t a busy time. A short asian woman with a heavier build took our order. I’m not sure what she was so busy with, but it took her a while to even approach our table. After taking our order, the food came out quickly, but that was the only thing that went well. She never came back to check on us. Not once. No “How’s everything?”, no “Do you need anything else?” She spent most of her time wiping dishes, looking at her phone, and even taking a call right there in the dining area. It really felt like she wasn’t interested in the customers at all. She only came back long after we had finished eating, just to ask if we needed anything. By then, it was pointless. I had wanted to order a drink earlier, but gave up since we were nearly done eating and couldn’t get her attention. For such a quiet lunch hour, there’s no excuse for that kind of unprofessional service. I won’t be dining in here again. If I ever come back, it’ll be for takeout only.
If you haven’t had Mango 🥭 Bingsu I implore you to get your feet wet here. You won’t be disappointed. It looks as delicious as it tastes. Get ready for a brain freeze.

We’ve been there twice. The first time, there was only one server, so we figured maybe it was just that day. Service was a bit slow when taking our order, but the food—especially the cheese snow chicken—was really good, so we decided to give it another try before leaving a review.
On our second visit, things started off well. It wasn’t too busy yet, so our orders were taken quickly. But as the place filled up, service started to slip. There was still only one server, and we began to feel overlooked. We had to keep following up for our dessert, to-go boxes, and the bill.
I’m still giving 3 stars because my kids enjoyed the toys, but the service could definitely use some improvement, especially during busier times.
