We couldn’t be happier with the catering service provided at our wedding! August 23, 2025. From the very first tasting to the final bite on our big day, everything was absolutely perfect. The team was professional, attentive, and incredibly organized, which made the entire planning process so much easier for us.
Our guests are still raving about the food — from the beautifully presented appetizers to the delicious main courses and decadent desserts. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and served right on time. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate dietary needs and made sure everyone felt taken care of.
One of the highlights Beef Brisket! it was a huge hit! Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was warm, friendly, and seamless throughout the entire event.

We had Joanne's cater our wedding this past weekend and it was a big hit! Every one enjoyed the food and I heard a number of times that the beef bristuct was amazing, which it is. The service is good too. Staff if very friendly and accommodating. Great experience!

Owner sucked. Food was greasy. Will never return. Do not recommend to anyone. Things pictured on the website look nothing like in person.

Edit: I went back to check if the owners listened to any of the complaints. The food was still cold and greasy. The fried rice was greasy and I saw cockaroaches crawling on the floor. The owner has also creating fake five star reviews. Overall: just save your money and don’t visit this place. Alberta health services should visit this establishment.

I really like bbq. I don’t like this place. Spaghetti sauce tasting bbq.

1st time trying it on glow edmonton. Doesn't feel welcoming, she was chewing her food infront of me while taking my order seems unprofessional, noticed the Rice is mushy and the bbq tastes like spaghetti sauce, overall the food is cold and Portion is so small for $13.

Hope you take my review as a room for improvement.

I recently tried the food at Glow, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The corndogs were small with very little batter, making them difficult to bite into (overcooked?). Additionally, the wait time was longer than expected. Based on this experience, I do not plan on returning

Was excited to see this food truck at glow edmonton event as I saw they had good reviews and wanted to try it. However, when I got my food it was already cold ... taste was just okay, the pork belly was bland, only ate about half, could not finish and threw away

Overall not what I was expecting, would not be returning

Watched employee leave the washroom at glow, and not was his hands…. So good luck to those who brave the food. See ya later piss mitts

Ordered fried rice with 3 items. White rice with sprinkled fried onions IS NOT fried rice. Rice itself too mushy, meats were all cold when served.

A reply to the owner:
I understand you do not like bad review on your restaurant, no one does. Instead of taking it as an offense, you should be taking it as a way to improve your food. First, food should not be served cold if it's meant to be served hot. If you've explained it was not actually fried rice that day then ive missed that, sorry. However, you do not need to talk rudely or be disrespectful to your customers. If you do not know how to interact with customers and provide good customer service even when they have complaints, You should not be running a business. Good day.

I booked the food truck for Aug 18th and she confirmed it with her husband and I sent info she requested ,the morning of event I called about 9:30 to see if she needed to park by power source and husband said she would call back soon I tried twice again to no avail so I was stranded with food for event.Not impressed with the service and not the respect to call back . So not dependable!!!!!

They did an amazing job at our son's wedding! Food was excellent, home cooked and portions were substantial. We would highly recommend them!
