JOEY Mayfield

This has been one of my favourite restaurants for a long time. Dinning in is always wonderful, but anytime I order delivery this is always my top choice. I already have them a great review on Google, but once again the management team never disappoints! From time to time people make mistakes, that’s life. But when the restaurant goes above and beyond to make it right is a fading thing it seems, but not with JOEY mayfield common!! Twice now the management team has corrected the mistakes and offered great compensation for so. Like one of my favourite things when I order is that they throw in a free brownie. They missed it this one time and I called and she corrected on my next order. Thank you sooo much, the brownies are to die for 😍… you definitely hooked me up on this order too. Made me giggle 🤭. Experiences like this is why I’ll always be a returning customer!! Wow you guys rock! Thank you!

Chelsea was our server and not only was she prompt, but we told her our house burnt down christmas morning and she gave us a gift card for another meal. She genuinly cared. I wish there were more people like her.

Stopped in for a late lunch on Dec 29, 2024 around 1:20, just before happy hour. The restaurant was really quiet, we had appetizers that came out quick and then waited 35 minutes for entrees at which point our server came for the first time in that entire duration and said there was a glitch and the food would be out in 5. We asked if it would actually only be 5 which was met with: “oh I’m sorry? Are you on some sort of time crunch?” - we had our 10 month old with us.. but who on earth wants to wait this long for lunch in a near empty restaurant? 15 mins later it arrived, we never saw the server again, not for drinks, check on food, nothing. My husband asked someone walking food out for a manager and they took care of a glass of wine and a Caesar on the bill. For me, the issue was being treated like WE were the problem and feeling like simply going out for a quick lunch which we never get away for, turned into whatever that was. Terrible experience.

Scarlet at the Mayfield location went above and beyond in service! She made great suggestions to my substitutions and my food came out perfect! Her suggestions were on point. Very friendly and always great to sit by the “pool”.
