The service was awesome, all the staff were very friendly and prompt while being busy. The food was great. And decent portions for the price.Ellie R was excellent and was very kind and was one of the best servers I’ve had in a while. I will definitely come back.
We never have a bad experience here! It’s always so lovely, even on holidays!When we arrived…We visited around 7pm on Valentine’s Day with a reservation 2 weeks advance and were seated immediately. Our waitress took our drink order as we sat down.Appy…Best guac I’ve ever had! I never liked guacamole dips as I’m very picky, but after I tried it here, I always come back for more!Food…We were very satisfied with our meals and the wait time was no time at all.My husband regretted not getting steak after he ordered his burger, but he said his burger was way more better than he expected and said he will definitely be getting it again!I always get the steak and crispy potatoes, so that says enough already! It’s the best! My steak always gets messed up everywhere I go, but Joey’s never messes up my steak (medium-medium rare)!Desert…Valentine’s Day was the first time we ever saved room for desert and it was so worth it! We fought over who got the last bite (it’s okay, we ended up splitting it).Estimated prices…Appy - $15 Steak - $35Burger - $20. Desert - $10Atmosphere…BEAUTIFUL! Even when the place is packed and loud, the view never fails. This our most favorite part about this place.Waitress…I didn’t catch her name, but she was outstanding! We were very satisfied with her. To top it off, she kindly accepted my request and took some amazing pictures of us before we left.

This place is beautiful with great service but the food is overpriced pretentious portions that leave you hungry and unsatisfied every single time. Food always looks good but tastes bleh and omg such teeny tiny portions!

We came here to celebrate my birthday, the server in an awful mood, she was not personable or interested in being at work. She was extremely short with us and not helpful to say the least. My children asked for a Shirley temple she advised that it’s not on the menu, I asked if they had the ingredients and could make it anyways she said no. After that we should have left but decided to stick it out. Once our drinks and food arrived she never came back to check on us or ask if we wanted another round of drinks. We had to stop another waitress to take our plates and bring the bill. We’ve been here numerous time but this was an awful experience!

Update- They contacted me and offered an apology as well as a gift card to try their services again. Amazing time second time aroundCame here tonight for a nice dinner with my brother. Wasn't off to a good start when we were given warm water to start with and later had our water topped up again with warm water. Prices were quite expensive for what is being served but I guess that's expected anywhere with inflation now a days. Service was very mediocre. The waitress couldn't hear us over how loud the music was and ended up mistaking our order making us wait aprox 30 minutes for even a starter. Had a waitress offer to take our dishes while we were still eating the food. Forced to tip high on the machine unless I missed the optional/change $/% button. Despite the negatives however, the food was phenomenal, it was very delicious, same with the drinks and the steak was very tender.
This is the third time I ordered over the phone and i get ir go home and it’s wrong.For some reason, I always order the herb, crushed salmon or the cod but this time with the herb crushed salmon, and I asked for warm potato salad on the side and truffle fries as a side aswell, and they put the warm potato salad for the salmon instead of main mashed this is for the second time as I even confirmed it is a Side fries and warm potato salad , and truffle fries and they put the warm potato salad for the second time as the mashed potatoes and I even confirmed it is a Side. :( be very clear and direct when ordering for pick up. Never bad service when at restaurant though

I ordered over the phone , went to pick it up and it wasn't what I asked for over the phone and when I picked it up I asked that it was the item I ordered when i got home opened everything up it was super disappointing lol everything else was good but instead of ordering delivery I went and picked it up because the app wasn't working and still didn't get the correct item oh well lol ?
