I recently placed a pickup order at Joey’s, and there was bacon in my meal, which I specified I cannot eat. I called in and spoke with Samantha, who I believe is one of the managers. She handled the situation wonderfully by issuing a refund and even helped me place a new order free of charge. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re handled, and Samantha definitely went above and beyond. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!
