I haven’t been here since they finished the reno’s. I will never go back! Never been treated so poorly at a restaurant. If i could give a zero star for service and food i would.
Walked in a couple weeks ago with a friend and just as we walked in the manager ran to meet us at the door and asked us to leave. He apologized and said he forgot to lock the door. Told us it was slow all day so he sent everyone home. It was only 6pm when we got there.
Went back tonight and when we walked in no one was there even though the parking lot was full for the weekly car show. When we sat down the booths were very over sized and you had sit on the edge to reach the table.
I ordered a chicken sandwich and when it arrived the presentation was very off putting. It had a huge steak knife in the centre for such a little sandwich . When i pulled the knife out and took a look, it was just 3 small pieces of chicken not much bigger than a chicken nugget. They looked over cooked and definitely not like something that was marinated in butter milk and hot sauce.
I took one bite and that was it. It tasted like it was a week old and the chicken looked grey. My friend also mentioned that the fish they had was very dry. We let the server know about sandwich when came she came to get the trays.
When she brought us the bill we were still charged $17 for the sandwich even though it was sent back. We just paid and left.
It is sad to see what has happened to this place. I used to go here all the time before the renovations. I will never go back.

Went in for $12.99 fish and chips x two and Paid the 25.98 +1.30=27.28 on mastercard. Used tap and no tip option came up. A little confused and asked the server if he could change out my $20 bill for a 5's or and a 10 to leave a tip. I then recieved my receipt from the debit machine and there was already a tip $2.72 on it. I feel he tapped the %10 tip and then handed me the machine and I just tapped. I did ask him about it and he said the tip option should have come up. So I will not be back there and please watch your receipts.
You are now lying! Way to do business. You would have to tap on a percentage or value and accept the total. There was no option!! I just tapped! Thank you for tipping you and giving me a HUGE tip not to go back!

I took my daughter here for the fish and chips Tuesday deal. We had to waited all together about ten to a fifteen mins, in that time the server came to us and then left before we could order like four times.
The final straw was when he came to us and then walked away to change the paper on the receipt thing as we were about to order. At that point we left and went for A&W.
Dudes seriously I talked y’all up to my daughter, she was excited for the all you can eat fish and chips.
Gonna see if there is another fish and chips place in the city. Joeys has gone down hill since I was younger I guess.

Hi! Today we ordered take out from this restaurant. This was the worst experience ever. Put in wrong address, tried calling the delivery guy, the restaurant and everywhere i could. None helped or fixed the problem. Even after the manager changed the address, the delivery guy never showed up. Would never try ordering again. UPD: You surred me that everything would be ok (i offered you to come and take it from your restaurant) , I called you many times to contact with this Mohamed! Asked him about my order! He never called me, you didn't give me his number! So, you say- there is no your fault? Nice, I got it!
