Very disappointed tonight order we request for 2 jolly chicken and my husband specifically mention a rice because my son is craving for a rice and we did not get a rice he is so upset. Rice is life. The order taker never clarify/ repeat the order. she is not apologetic when i called the store. 0 customer service. seems like she's not happy she's there. NEVER Going back, No Jolly happy meal in this branch ?
We order online … Received missing orders, we tried to call them to let them know, but they denied it, and waiting for them to investigate, they keep saying that they give the right order , Yes , our order shown on the receipt , but what inside the bag was WRONG ORDER!!! Service was fast, staff were polite. Tables were dirty so we had to wipe down our own table. The food was terrible. My spaghetti noodles were half cooked and the entire thing more or less tasted like beef jerky. Overpriced beef jerky. My friend said the chicken burger was okay but nothing noteworthy. Probably wont be coming back in the near future.
