Food is okay but the customer service is awful. The lady who took our order named Denise was rude for no reason. She didn’t even greet us nor smile and was just staring at us while we wait to get our order taken. I even had to ask her if she was ready to take our order (as I wasnt sure because she was wearing a headset and not directly standing in front of the till screen). While we’re ordering she kept cutting me off and sounds very dismissive. I hope their customer service improves.

Probably my least favorite deep fried chicken in my entire life. The crispy batter was boring and lacking in flavor, and the drumstick and thigh had very little tasteless meat on the bones. The gravy is positively disgusting. Lots of staff hanging around.

The lady with false lashes who assembles the order on trays needs to have a good training in customer service.she executed Very Bad service and cannot accommodate customers concern specially when it comes to orders that the order taker did not take properly.

The food here is great, but the service really needs improvement. When we arrived, none of the service crew greeted us, which felt unusual for a Jollibee store. The staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming at all. It felt like they weren’t paying much attention to the customers. We also received the wrong food after placing our order. Because of that, we had to go back to the counter to have it corrected.
Overall, the experience would have been much better with more attentive and friendly service.
