The food here is great, but the service really needs improvement. When we arrived, none of the service crew greeted us, which felt unusual for a Jollibee store. The staff didn’t seem friendly or welcoming at all. It felt like they weren’t paying much attention to the customers. We also received the wrong food after placing our order. Because of that, we had to go back to the counter to have it corrected.

Overall, the experience would have been much better...

Minutes ago, I visited this store.
It wasn't busy. First, my receipt and buzzer was not given to me. Second, an incorrect order was taken by Zoey. Quite disappointing as we use Tagalog in taking my order and still got it wrong. Wanted to get two sides, but rang in the pos one side and wanted to charge me the regular price of the second side on the side. Experience could've been better if crew members will be trained well for customer service experience.

Update: unfortunately, the chicken portions have gotten much smaller than my original visit and prices have gone up. Tried the Korean sandwich and found it very sweet and off putting with the cilantro. 1 piece combo and a chicken sandwich was over $30.

The spicy chicken is really good…crispy and marinated to the bone. The gravy is runny and salty. The spaghetti was definitely different…very sweet and had hot dogs in it. Not your typical pasta, but I didn’t...
