Everything is good but I was just disappointed on the rewards because they took out 900 of my rewards points and I was not able to claim it because everytime I claim it on my online order, they say it is not applicable so what is the sense of having rewards points when you cannot claim it in the store?
The jolly chicken is good, the sandwiches are a bit hard to eat. But my complaint is with their paper bag. Why do they rip so easily???? I got home with my food, got out of the car, and the whole bag ripped in my hands. 47 dollars worth of food all on the road. And of course none of their containers actually close, so I couldn't salvage any of it, it all fell out. Why are your bags so weak??? No other fast food place has this problem. I have never had a bag literally rip in half in my hands before.

Great food and warm staff. They hand you things in drive through and don’t ensure it’s not leaking We got food all over car and what I really didn’t like, how I don’t know if they clean and sanitize the dish tub that they use to hand your food out the drive through window What is that ????

I’m a regular customer of this branch, one time we experience dry and blant taste of chicken, so I called the store about it (Jollibee West Edmonton), to give them feedback so they would able to check it and the manager a guy who handle the feedback telling me that no one is giving a same feeback as mine, or they did not received any call from store, that just only me telling about it, he mentioned it to me for many times, making me look like making a lie about it, maybe he wants to justified that I’m wrong, Instead the manager argue with the situation, never apologize, I dont know how you guys trained to handle a feedback from a customer. I’m not asking to replace the order, never my intention, maybe that’s the manager thinking to me, all I want is just letting you know about it, It was a Nov 27, 2024 around 7pm
