I ordered on the app for pickup through the drive thru. I appreciated the text letting me know when my order was ready to proceed to the drive through. Unfortunately, I had to go back as they forgot to give me my drink and I didn't realize it until I had driven away.

Very disappointed with the service. The $6 chicken noodle soup had barely any chicken or noodles. Our family order was also incorrect missing fries and no rice with the burger steak. Thankfully we checked before leaving, especially with the snowstorm. The manager apologized, but it didn’t feel sincere.

Disappointed with the service. I ordered the $6 chicken noodle soup and it only had two small pieces of chicken and a few noodles. We then ordered food for our family, and the order was taken incorrectly. That was fine, but when we received our food, we were missing the fries and the burger steak had no rice. Good thing we checked before leaving otherwise, we would’ve had to come back during a snowstorm.

The new Katseye Korean BBQ Chicken at Jollibee is seriously good. It’s crispy, sweet, a little smoky, and packed with flavor. The sauce hits just right. Definitely worth trying! The service was quick and friendly, and everyone was welcoming. The atmosphere felt clean, bright, and comfortable a chill place to enjoy your food.

The food is flavourful, fresh, and served quickly, making it perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. The staff are friendly and the restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere. My only downside is that the prices are a bit higher compared to other fast-food chains, but the quality and experience make it worth it overall.

Ordered a 10pc bucket with 3 sides; only gave me two of the sides.

Might seem whatever, but the sides are super small, so if you're sharing, there's basically no sides to share - especially if you're missing sides.

Absolutely terrible service. I’ve ordered from this place multiple times and they always mess up my order. I even pay extra for add-ons and they never include them, but they still charge me every single time. It’s ridiculous and completely unacceptable. This restaurant is consistently awful and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!

I ordered from this Jollibee for my mom’s birthday and paid $15 for 4 extra pieces of chicken, but one piece of chicken was missing when the order arrived. I called right away and was met with no sincere apology, only told to come pick it up myself—which is ridiculous since I paid for delivery.

They later claimed multiple managers checked CCTV and said it was packed correctly, basically implying I was lying. Then they told me they would just give me the missing chicken with an extra one and pay for it out of their own pocket, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. The apology afterward felt forced and insincere. This is not just about one piece of chicken—it’s about poor customer service, zero accountability, and how badly this was handled. This location has messed up our orders more than once, and this was the final straw.

My sister and I ordered Jollibee from this location for our mom’s birthday. She ordered directly from the Jollibee website, but the delivery was handled by DoorDash. The delivery took about an hour, which we understood, but the real issue started when the food arrived.

We added 4 extra pieces of chicken for $15, but when we carefully counted the order, there were only 9 pieces instead of 10. We counted multiple times to make sure. Since we paid for the extra pieces, my sister called the store right away. At first, they didn’t even apologize, and immediately told her that she could just come pick it up. That made no sense—why would we drive to the store for one missing piece of chicken when we already paid for delivery?

They then said they would “investigate” and call her back. Later, they called and said that three managers checked the CCTV and confirmed it was packed as 10 pieces. If that were true, why would we even call in the first place? The only reason we called is because we truly did not receive what we paid for. The bag was properly sealed, so there was no way the delivery driver took anything.

When they called back, they did apologize, but you could clearly tell it wasn’t sincere. To make things even more uncomfortable, they said my sister could come in and they would give her 2 pieces and pay for it out of their own pocket. That made us feel guilty instead of taken care of as customers.

This location has messed up our order multiple times, and this situation was the last straw. And just to be clear—this is not only about the chicken, it’s about how this situation was handled. The lack of accountability, the poor customer service, and the way they made us feel like we were lying were extremely disappointing—especially on my mom’s birthday.
