First of all this place smells terrible when you walk in the door, not the smell of baked goods, instead it smells like old rotting deep fryer oil! It is not a modern bakery like the website describes (website is a scam), it’s very random looking inside, messy hand written sticky notes are used as price tags in the display cabinet. All the baked goods on display looked pretty awful… not the quality you expect when paying $18 for 6 teeny tiny mini tarts that were not fresh, they looked like they had been frozen and then thawed with mushy old blueberries on top. We ended up buying some baked goods because we like to support local, small businesses, but once we opened them and smelled them we knew they were not safe to eat. We then went back and returned everything we bought, none of which was baked fresh that day! The lady working was friendly initially but not very professional, when we took the items back she argued with us and couldn’t find the record of our purchase. We did however have a receipt, so we got most of our money back. Not proper customer service at all(speaking from many years of experience)! We do not recommend going here! There are MUCH better bakeries in Edmonton!!!! Surprised this one is still in business.

Extremely friendly customer service. Food is a bit pricy but it’s really good and for a custom market so I get it. If you have any questions, just ask. Very nice lady

I went to the bakery to have a look as I have not been in there before. The employee working came out of the office to help me not wearing any shoes (bare feet) I won’t be returning.

My order was ready on time and the owner was soooo sweet and nice to talk to. I got a mini cake and it was delicious and so cute.

The owner was really friendly and nice. But the food... We bought a cream puff, an eclair and macaroon. The cream puff and eclair were dry and the cream inside was too salty. The macaroon was AWFUL. As hard as a stone, absolutely not edible. Each item costed me $3.5. I am disappointed, just a waste of money with 0 pleasure(

This bakery is connected to an app called "To Good to Go" basically you pay $6.99 for end of day goodies they don't sell. I stupidly bought 2 of the surprise boxes and what I got was 9 old hard doughnuts, a tart of some sort and a loaf of bread. This bakery sucks. The pictures on their site is nothing like the store itself. I ended up throwing everything out except the loaf of bread. What a horrible waste of money.

During what appeared to be the first major snow fall of winter, along with the falling of snow, so did my hope and dreams. Shattered, how you may ask? The same way the scone shattered in my hands as I tried to gently caress the dough to break into smaller, more succulent pieces. The white chocolate chips inside the "stone" were nice though.Danish prolly a 3 outta 5 cause cream was reasonable.Lady serving us was super nice, would love if you also made some non keto, diabetes unfriendly bread though, I live in the area and would love to visit again and update this review some day!Edit (08/07/23):As i sat in my house on a Wednesday evening, i pondered in the scorching heat if a shower could rescue my stankness. Just then, the unthinkable happened. Some friends came by out of the blue carrying gifts, not just any gifts, though. It was a gift of baked goodness. As I thanked them for their kindness, they told me it was from a bakery nearby... Jovic. Instantly, flashbacks of shattered scones came crumbling into my mind, but I remembered my promise, I would update my review when the right time came. The time happened to be a big one, it was the holiest day in Islam, Eid, I felt the responsibility bearing down on my shoulders to give Jovic what it was owed, a new review.Overall decent improvement:Tasty stuff would recommend giving it more of your own twist. I felt the sugar profiles were more on the safe side. Some of the items i would have liked to be more fresh. You guys have really improved since my last visit. I will try to visit again sometime soon!

Came by to pick up a few different goods to bring to my parents for dinner. Not many things looked very appetizing but gave it a shot and ordered $60 worth of different things. Every single thing tasted like it was old or freezer burnt. Extremely disappointing! The inside has so much potential I’m not sure why the owners don’t take better care of their business. The lady working was wonderful with great customer services skills she is only reason why it got 2 stars ( other wise zero ). They should really make some changes as all the reviews seem to be the same.

Delicious bakery with homemade pizza crust and desserts. Super friendly owner. Nice and clean as well.

Purchased a "surprise" bag through "TooGoodToGo" which is an app which aims to rescue unsold food from local eateries and retailers. Received two very old pastries which were inedible - mushy, slimy fruit, as well as dried up fresh fruit with hard as rock crust. Contacted the business through their website, and they did not take ownership of the problem and felt justified in their sale. Zoom in on the photo to clearly see the condition of the fruit.
