Jugo Juice

I tried mocha milk tea. Didn’t like it much , should have ordered something else . My mistake .
However they got lot of customization options. Next time , will try something else .staffs could be more friendly though . Customer service is not really good . Got few seats and tables infront . Thanks .

Just went in yesterday to try. Honestly 10/10. Staff is really respectful towards customers and make sure that order is prepared quickly without making any compromises with quality.

Just went there to try, a few minutes ago. Told the cashier that I've never tried before and oh my god her reaction!! Wth does it take to be nice to a first time customer? Never ever trying jugo juice even from another place!!! I myself work in a store at Kingsway and I do not pass or give a look like she gave me! I wish I could just give a name but I was so disappointed that I just said you know what I'm sorry I don't need anything.

I love Jugo Juice and visit this location frequently. Smoothies are awesome and the staff are friendly.

The woman who is usually working during the week (day time) NEVER EVER EVER blends the smoothies or juices properly. So disappointing. Always huge chunks every sip.

I honestly can't say enough amazing things about this location. I highly recommend it and after today I'm going to make sure my friends and family support it as well. My sister and I had decided to go and try out Jugo Juice because I wanted to redeem my birthday smoothie. The staff was more than helpful in helping us decide our drink choices very patient and kind. While I was ordering my smoothie my sister noticed a water bottle she wanted to purchase and asked for the price while waiting the owner appeared and gave us the bottles for free. We were in shock and amazed at how humble and kind the owner was honestly made our day! Also I highly recommend the Blushing Mango smoothie it was so delicious!!!! Thank you again to the staff and owner at this location in Kingsway Mall your customer service skills and your kindness was greatly appreciated.Wishing you guys so much continued success. :)

RUDE. the people who work there are super unfriendly, particularly this older women who didn’t even acknowledge me for 2 minutes, and then when I asked to drop my resume off, she just said “no”.Super unprofessional, and I will not be going to that location again. Ruined my day.

I used to order fresh pressed orange juice all the time but this timw it was so watery like very less orange juice in it.please make sure u guys give it in authentic way next .very disappointing!!!!
