First time there. It was ok. Very bland food. We couldn't eat the beef because it was so tough and the ribs were very dry. Not a huge selection but ok. We were only asked if we wanted coffee or water so we assumed they weren't serving alcohol. It turns out they were. It was a bit of a disappointment as it was Valentine's Day.

I wasn't overly impressed with my dining experience. Some of the food was good. The coconut cake was excellent, as was the fried chicken. The pavlova wasnt a pavlova, it was a meringue, there wasnt any cream inside it and they didnt offer cream on the side. The roast beef was bland and tough. It was beautiful to not have to worry about gluten but some of the food items fell short.

The staff for our Sunday brunch on Dec 28th were incredible. They were so friendly, energetic, happy to be there and extremely helpful. The food was very good and very fresh. How do you keep eggs benedict yolks from not getting hard? They were perfect. We really enjoyed the birthday celebration we were there for. Everything was clean, the food variety was very nice and the coffee was terrific. Thank you.

The Saturday evening gluten free buffet is wonderful. We go quite often, it is so nice not to have to worry about what we can eat. There is an ever changing selection of the main dishes and of course their main staple of roast beef. I really enjoy the smoked salmon, it's really hard to get good smoked salmon in Edmonton.

Got 13 of my most special family and friends together for my birthday celebration. My husband and I have frequently enjoyed the prime rib buffet and beautiful ambiance of the lounge. This visit was horrible! After sitting in our reserved seats, it took 1 hour and 10 minutes to receive our waters! Yes, that’s right! I finally got up and served my guests myself! Yes, that’s right! Our food was served 2hours and 10 mins after seating! Yes that’s right! It was absolutely no fault of the one person working, which was completely undoable. She was completely overwhelmed. Everyone ordered off the menu, because the buffet was NOT prime rib, but only roast beef??? Too bad, because that was the best part. I will not be going back until service and buffet improves.

This was an incredible dining experience. The food was perfect and I could eat all of it! I have celiac disease and am very sensitive to cross contamination. I stopped eating out at restaurants years ago after constantly getting sick from gluten friendly food. The first taste of this fabulous food was the bucket of fried chicken we ordered for take-out. When my friend and I came to pick it up I asked again for reassurance that everything was gluten free. The hostess assured me it was. She also told me that every Saturday night there is a gluten free buffet where everything is gluten free and made in house right down to the croutons. Last night we took my adopted Dad out for his 75th birthday. He is French and he loved all of it including the beautiful decor and artwork. He also loved this I could eat all of it. Highly recommend and the gluten free is just a bonus for those who require it. I guarantee the majority of patrons have no idea that it is gluten free, because you cannot tell that it is! Love the Royal Coach dining room, and from the bottom of my heart I say thank-you for a restaurant I look forward to enjoying many times in the future. You have opened up a culinary experience for me that I gave up on years ago. Thank-you.

Other than the noise level initially, we very much enjoyed our meal, and the staff were quite wonderful and very pleasant. The food was excellent and well presented, and they kept things topped up continually. I would highly recommend dining here to others.
Thanks again for your great food, the superb omellette and waffle bar selections, your outstanding staff and ssrvice and most of all your comfortable dining room chairs. Your hardwork and dedication really made our Thanksgiving Brunch a memorable one.

Great place for romantic dates, especially on Saturdays with live piano music. The pianist also takes requests! Roast beef buffet is a great deal and has many great options - salad bar, pickled vegetables, various hot meats and dishes, and of course as much roast beef as you can eat! The lounge has a great selection of whiskeys.

I enjoyed the Château Louis Sunday brunch. There is a lot of variety from bakery to salads and fruits . The omelette is perfect as as the code filet. The dessert was not the best I think they should review the tarts recipes. A special thanks for the staff , they were all nice , Emily and caring, really 5 starts for them
