Julia’s is a local down town gem. Their food is great, conveniently paced and does not take long either. Julia and her workers are all very friendly and personable. I feel truly lucky to have such a great spot nearby. I recommend trying the breakfast sandwich and the spinach and feta pasteries.

Great little cafe with delicious food. I got an egg salad sandwich & chai tea latte and loved both. Service was excellent and I found pricing extremely reasonable. Will definitely be coming back!

Excellent lentil soup. Grilled ham and cheese was really good. Chips are also good. Fast service. Nice owners.

Kid-friendliness: Free treat for my son.

I am travelling to Edmonton the first time, just before the Victoria Day long weekend, I can’t stand the greasy food in my hotel and was starving on my first day. I found this cafe just across my hotel, everything was pretty much sold out due to the next few days were long weekend. But the owner is sooooo nice that she gave me two salads for price of one, also oranges, strawberries and biscuits for free. I felt deeply touched and wanted to show my gratitude. When you are alone in a strange town, help like this really can make your day!

Fantastic Americano and fresh banana bread, and great prices for downtown coffee. Can't believe I didn't know about this place, will definitely be going back! Highly recommended!

Julia's Cafe is a hidden gem right on Jasper Ave. The owner and staff are so nice, friendly, and generous and the food is excellent at a great price. I really enjoy coming here for lunch.

There are a billion restaurants nearby, but IMO the Clubhouse from here is easily the single best lunch item available if you work downtown.

Most pitiful sandwich I ever had. Buffalo sub with a bottle of water was over $13. Sub bun burnt, shredded cheese sprinkled on top (not melted), chicken lukewarm and sparse, a tiny bit of hot sauce in the middle of the bun, fresh tomatoes on half the sub only and served with a bunch of No Frills ruffle potato chips. Total rip off.

I bought a carrot cake and sat down. I stepped out of the Cafe to take a call. I had taken a bite on the cake before stepping outside for a min. When I returned the staff at threw out my cake and refused to give me another one.

Surprised their Americano Misto isn’t better known on the 104 st area. I normally don’t finish the ones from other places from being burnt, etc. lots of flavour.Breakfast sandwich was fresh and well made too. Reminded me of the breakfast sandwiches at the little Brazilian place that used to be on 104 st.It was a perfect place for a morning break.Location was clean, open, bright, big windows, inviting and the owner very welcoming.
