Very bad food delicacy... placed expiration date but a day after I bought the sapin sapin molds were seen and the food is foul smelling and sticky all over..food was placed in ref.. but still would be eatable or edible even when not in ref as climate in edmonton is coldBought the delicacy jan 27 ...placed in ref after buyingopened jan 28... Molds and foul smell noted.Expiration on item: Jan 30...Be aware of what you buy... it will make you sick and unwell.. check not only expiration date but as much as possible open and check the inside...You will never know whats at stake...Be not decieved on expiration dates

We bought egg pie to try, it was Too sweet! More on condensed milk, Lack of yolk to taste, too much of white egg because it is not smooth and lots of pocket holes, sugar not really diluted i can taste the granules on my tongue, Quality wise is Mediocre. But It can be improve. But other products like pandesal is so good!!! Excellent quality!!! I might say the best in Edmonton! Super lambot perfectly done!!!and his goto was superb and very recommendable to try, but sadly, not available. pandesal always freshly baked!!! You will come back for more! Try it!!! Pandesal is very recommendable?

We live 45 mins away and we still keep coming back to this place! They have the BEST egg pie, BEST spanish bread, BEST pandesal, etc! I highly recommend ALL—they’re made to perfection! The owner is also very welcoming. I highly recommend Mercado’s bakery! Must haves in #YEG

I agree they have the best pandesal, but lacking customer service. Specially from the middle aged man that served us today around 12:30 pm. Not even a greeting when we came in nor a thank you at all.

This place has the best pandesal! If you're interested in filipino baked goods this place has them and even newly baked! What I liked most about this place is that it offers new and freshly baked goods for your money's worth. This place is a hidden gem, so do go check it out if you want to get some nice fresh baked filipino bread. The staff is friendly too so ask away if you got any questions.

Better tan the local seafood city chains pandesal, always hot out of the oven!! It’s hard not to eat a dozen on the way home.

If you haven't tried this place yet, Go! Amazing Donair platters, donairs and burgers. I haven't tried the bakery items yet. They don't stinge either. Not in sauce or meat! Amazing service always!

Kuya Mer makes the best pandesal and the cheese inside is enough, soft, fluffy and tasty!! so good to pair with coffee
