My sister and I came to this bakery to pick up a nice treat and there were so many amazing options to choose from. Everything was displayed beautifully and impeccably tidy! We bought cream rolls and the pastry was flaky and buttery, the cream inside not too sweet. Perfect! The lady at the till was lovely, we chatted about Korea. I hope everyone supports this bakery!

I've been to this bakery a few times by now (I don't live close and only go there if I have errands to run in that neighborhood). I've tried a few of their items: the Vanilla Strawberry Cake is outstanding, it is light, tastes fresh and is not too sweet. I also tried the cream roll, was not a fan. I've also bought different kinds of pastries and cookies that I enjoyed. What I love upon entering the bakery is the atmosphere/presentation/ music. I feel like I'm in Europe and not like I do in many other bakeries here in Edmonton, stuck in the 60s and 70s. Two other things I would like to mention: I personally have not tried their Tiramisu Cake but read other people's reviews. The whole point of Tiramsiu is the coffee and alcohol, so I'd recommend the bakery revises the recipe. It's like buying a Black Forrest Cake without the alcohol (Kirschwasser), so dissappointing. Also, when I ordered the cake online, I was informed, that if I don't pick it up on time (you have to let them know the time you're going to come), you might have to pay a fine!!! That is absolutely ridiculous!!! WTH?! I understand that they do not have a lot of storage space but you can ask people politely to be on time and not threaten them with a fine. However, I still give this bakery a 5 stars, simply for the amazing presentation and the fact that the items I've tried are not overly sweet, and I love that.

I read positive reviews about strawberry fresh cream cake and my honest opinion is that it is not worth it. This place is selling below average cakes in premium. I took my chances based on reviews for a last minute purchase and was totally disappointed.

Was a complete miss, apart from the fact that there was fresh strawberry, there was nothing more to the cake. Expected a balance in flavours from a long running bakery, but honestly the cake tasted bland. Really needs to to work to enhance the flavour profile for the money being charged!
This is my favorite bakeries in the city. I always order their strawberry fresh cream vanilla cake for special occasions. The cream they put on the cakes are amazing very light and fluffy and the vanilla cake is not too sweet, and is the perfect sweetness level for my tastes. I have ordered other cakes from this bakery and they were okay, such as the Oreo cheese cake, tiramisu and the double cheesecake; these particular items lacked sweetness and I would not order again. However, again, the fresh cream vanilla cakes are my favorite.

Came looking to purchase a cake, this was my first time trying this bakery and I was enthusiastic since I’ve heard good things about the quality of cakes, however I was greeted very coldly from the girl at the front desk, there was no hello or any sense of urgency to acknowledge me as a customer, I basically felt unwanted, it’s unfortunate as I enjoyed the cake i purchased however the upsetting customer service won’t allow me to come here again.
