The food is still good here. My problem is with the service. The server who took our order when we got there seemed to have forgotten and almost doubled our bill at the time to pay. I would have thought it was.a mistake but there was another customer who was up at the same time with the same problem. She had almost doubled both of our bills. The guy working at the same some seemed to have been in on it as he has the cash difference with my bill ready as soon as I started to question everything. I would be embarrassed to do this to someone. . Last time we order from here.
Enjoyed a late weekend lunch at Kabsa and was blown away by the spectacular food, especially the lamb Mandi and Lamb Kabsa. Sandy and tousuf provided excellent service, making the experience even better. Don’t forget try the sweet called Kunafa. Can't wait to go back!

The best Arabic restaurant in Canada. The food is fabulous. The quantity is large. Meals come with soup, salad, and daqoos. The prices are very reasonable compared to the service and quantity. The food is delivered immediately after ordering, in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant is clean. The songs they play are nice ? The only reason I come to Edmonton is this restaurant ❤️

Ordered 2 items (Feb 5/24): 1. Chicken Kabsa: It's a SHAME this restaurant is named KABSA, when their dish doesn't taste like kabsa, AT ALL!!! No Kabsa spices, the rice is SO OILY lol really?? The chicken is SO overcooked or has been sitting there all day, the chicken was falling off the bone, disgusting.The "free stuff" are not eatable. Lentil soup is so nasty. The salad is tasteless. For the price you pay for this, I'd rate it ZERO.Lamb Kebab Grill: The meat was pretty hard to chew. Paying $23.99 for 2 small skewers, not even 200GMS total, come on!! The Fries were so soggy, uneatable. Hummus was OK, garlic was OK.OVERALL, This place is a FAILURE. I'm not sure how they survive and actually still in business. I remember when they were on Whyte Ave years and years ago, they were much better.
