This tiny & hidden Filipino gem is located in Edmonton’s Chinatown, and totally deserves more praise. When I say tiny, I truly mean it as there are literally about 4 tables in this knook restaurant. EAT HERE. This is a Filipino joint but the chef came from Tres Carnales so they also have tacos. Both the baos and tacos (tortillas are fried in pork fat for a super rich flavor) are amazing - get both if you have a big appetite!
