Okay, this place has ambiance, and relaxed vibes for days. Check out there mural on the back wall, so cute! My son and I enjoyed one of the best experiences in awhile! So delicious every thing we had! Highly recommend.

My family went to Kazoku tonight for my son's birthday when he requested a Ramen dinner. The food was fantastic, we tried the Chicken karaage, squid karaage (this was my favourite appie. The squid was tender and crispy, and the spicy mayo was great with it!), and the gyoza for appies.
Everyone got Ramen for their main, and we each enjoyed our choices. The chili goma was delicious, sweet and spicy. If you can hand mild to medium spice this is a great option.
The service was wonderful. The woman we were speaking to was lovely. Helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic. We loved hearing about her being in business for 10 years, and we will definitely be back to support a wonderful local business. The Ramen was great, the people were better, and my son had a very enjoyable birthday experience.

First time here did not disappoint. We had ramen, a dry ramen and a curry and all were delicious! Oh and the tempura was some of the best I've ever had!

Good food. Servers are attentive. Only con was the shoulder pork was too dry but then my sister’s pork belly was too fatty/oily. Make sure to have cash or debit only.

Good food just okay atmosphere . Got ripped off by the a
Waitress as they charged me gratuity and I gave a tip but didn't realize until after I looked at my receipt when I left that I gave 2 tips. When to go inside to let them know and they locked the doors. Won't go back for that reason

While the atmosphere is that of a small mom and pop the food just wasn't there. I had the tonkatsu ramen and it wasn't even up to instant ramen standards. Instead of being flavourful and rich the broth was slimy and extremely bland. The noodles were few and far between and the soup was bulked out with bean sprouts. As well the pork belly was thin and dried out instead of being succulent. All in all a lower than mid level establishment considering all the really good ramen shops in town.

One of the staff was unpleasant to us. We arrived around 7:20pm and was told they are closing. We placed our order asap. The server seemed annoyed to us.

This place is amazing. Love the Ramen. Love the small family run atmosphere. Only issue is they are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and for whatever reason those are the days I tend to be on this end of town and think of going. But I can't complain everytime I do end up there on a day they are open I am super happy with the food.
