Edit- to keep it brief:This "chain" is terrible and the owner here, kb, is an awful person. If you want overpriced plant based food, and you want to support a disgusting and phony owner, you should go support this hideous person and her establishment.

Just unreal, this store SCREAMS health. Not only that, but the store itself is very educational & transparent on how they prepare their dishes using organic whole foods. I've made it a personal goal to go in at least once a week because of how refreshed, full & active you feel walking out. Thank you for your service to the Yeg food community kb&co!!!

Let’s be 100% real here. I go here with my family for a healthy & MORE THAN FILLING meal - breakfast, lunch or dinner. I make this my go to ‘lunch date’ spot with friends. I meet clients here for business meetings. I’ve watched KB grow her franchise from 1 to 6 locations. The excellence has never wavered. My hubs also stops here to grab a smoothie during his busy work days.My all time favourite menu items are: the waffles , the nori salad & basically any of their soups. The absolute BEST part about the KB&co restaurant is that I can eat almost everything on the menu! (Or modify) I am celiac & allergic to eggs, dairy & avocado ? (I know that last one is terrible ?)Great work Kristina! So glad we met all those years ago before any of this existed. Many blessings on your work AMEN!Vegetarian options: It’s ALL vegetarian!Dietary restrictions: Celiac friendly, no dairy, no eggs, items can be removed if needed.Kid-friendliness: My child is less adventurous with her food, so she at her McDonalds while I nourished my body, no one said a thing. Much appreciated!

First order today through Uber Eats and everything was fresh and delicious.I got the coconut blt, the coconut is so yummy and a nice addition to the sandwich. I enjoyed how filling it was without leaving you feeling heavy after. The kale salad was the best part! I will need to order a full size next time. And the dressing, wow! I could bathe in that stuff.I can’t speak to the service side too much since mine was through delivery, but the order got here fast and was packaged very well, so to me that speaks to a level of service. I’m looking forward to trying more of the menu! Maybe I will try the tahini beet wrap next time because that looks tasty ?

I've tried this restaurant several times now, hoping that I'll find something I like there, and/or the service will improve, but it has not gone well.I'm not sure why they've added dates into pretty much all of their products, and why in some of the items it seems to not be "removable" when requested. The avocado toast has no need to have the weird date spread on it, you don't need to just include dates to make something vegan - especially when the "original" version you're copying was already vegan...The only thing I've eaten there that has actually tasted nice, and felt like I was able to enjoy it, was the jar of oatmeal - but they put so much milk in it that even an hour later (and lots of stirring) it was a soup, not a porridge consistency. I had to add my own oats from home to make it the right consistency (spoonable instead of drinkable), and this has happened each of the 4 times I've ordered it, even when requesting less milk.I have also had service challenges there, as I've had to wait 20+ minutes for one jar of oatmeal, when there were ZERO other customers in the store. How is this an acceptable timeline?I've also showed up during the hours it's supposed to be open (8:15am), to find an employee standing outside trying to call the keyholder and unable to get through to them. Not only can I not count on the food to be any good, I can't even count on it being open during their posted hours. After really trying to give this place a fair try, over and over again, I just can't keep doing it, and hence the lower rating.I hope the company takes this seriously and works on improving these issues, but I won't be around to find out - too little too late.

Ordered a jar of oatmeal, a smoothie and a whoopee pie style cookie dessert. We were the only customers in the store and waited 20 minutes for the employee to pour hot water in a jar, blend a smoothie and pull a cookie out of a case. The cookie was raw and grainy. Smoothie was good, but wasn't worth a 20 minute wait for the price. I really wanted to like this place!

Gluten-free granola is a highlight. This is the first totally safe açai bowl I’ve had in Canada. They use a coconut rather than oat base, so for all my oat-avoidant celiacs out there, this is a pleasant surprise. It’s definitely worth considering taking home a bag of this granola. The predominant milk they use in their lattes is oat (gluten free), but alternatives are available. I’ve tried a couple of the mushroom lattes, and the Chana Charger is my favourite. The lunch bowls are predominantly gluten free or can easily be adjusted to be so. The produce is always fresh, which allows natural flavours of the ingredients to really come through and make their dishes stand out.The location on 104 St is very accessible from downtown, but if you drive, expect to pay a couple bucks for street parking. With an order at the till and sit anywhere system, it is an accessible place to go on your own and/or get some work done. There is also plenty of space to go with a group or meet for coffee. It was a bit pricey, $22 for my açai bowl and latte, but you definitely get what you pay for. And that’s what keeps me coming back!

Absolutely profound establishment. A captivating spectacle. Even greater than the pyramid of giza. Nothing quite compares, truly a wonder. Perfection. This store shall cast a grand shadow on history, an unparalleled legacy. The Acai bowl akin to the forbidden fruit in Eden, the Berry Oxidant smoothie, the holy grail. What more could I say?

$16 for a sandwich is on the higher end. Found a hair in the food, having your food prep staff wear hairnets would help this.
