Just had the best experience at the KB&Co Newcastle last night. My friend and I went there at 4:30 to hang out, and didn't end up leaving til 7:30, and they closed at 7. The food was great (we had dill soup and chili tacos, and I think I had a peach smoothie), and obviously it was cozy enough that we spent 3 hours there. And the lone server who was there was nice enough to let us stay past closing. Not only that, but when we finally left (we were the only ones there), she came out to say goodbye and gifted us with some samples of these peanut butter nanaimo bars she'd just made. I didn't get her name but I hope the owners see this review and know that she was awesome.

I won’t be back and that affects your hours. Show some manners. Say hello. Say thank you. Smile. Look your customer in the eye. Two ladies there didn’t do one single one of those things. I am a regular patron to the KB & Co. Newcastle location and cannot say enough good things about the staff, specifically Bassma who knows my order, often times, before I reach the front counter.
The food is consistent, fresh every time, and prepared in a clean facility. I cannot recommend this specific location enough and will continue to provide my business to them.

Normally I love kb! However last night my sister and I ordered two tahini beet wraps from this location on Uber Eats and both of our wraps had no tahini dressing in them. Our favourite part is quite literally the tahini sauce and we were so upset with how dry they tasted. For $40 it was the biggest let down and I don’t like I’ll order from this location again. Super upsetting and they also gave us the saddest portion of citrus greens as our side. Overall a bad experience :(

The service was phenomenal with the loveliest staff who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The food and beverages were a hit with all guests, and the KB&Co team even opened early just for us. Planning the event with the owner was a breeze. She is an absolutely incredible human being! The venue is stunning and ideal for any event. I highly recommend KB&Co Newcastle location and give them a sparkling 10/10!
This is my favorite place to grab healthy, QUALITY food in a flash. I’ve never had a bad meal, or a negative experience. I’m super picky & the staff here are exceptionally accommodating & flexible. They’ll swap things, add things, essentially make exactly what I request. The ladies have so much spunk and personality, I feel excited not only for my food but for the catch up and conversation each time. This location is always immaculately clean and organized.
