Fries were cold we also got the wrong order no popcorn chicken but either. Drove left it at the door and didn't ring the door bell or knock. Good thing we have a camera that alerted us. Terrible for sure wish the app would let us pick a diff store this one sucks

Store should not be open if you can't accommodate someone who dosen't drink Pepsi. Don't sell ice tea and the lemonade machine has never been working. Still charged full price for the meal and the only drink they had to offer me was tap water. This is by far the worse restaurant I have ever been too. Will never be going back.

Placed an online order to be picked up at 6:30 pm. I arrived at 6:25 and waited until 6:40 when a worker asked if I had an order to which I replied yes, the app said it would be done by 6:30, well at 6:55 I got my 100 dollars worth of food that will feed the family and they will like it but I will never return to this location as the past 3 times it has been an absolute nightmare timeline and it's not even busy you have 6 people in the back and 0 up front with two on drive thrust. I watched 5 people come in and order and leave with food while waiting for mine. Get better management or better workers.

Corporate decisions are affecting the bottom line by advertising promotions that can only be ordered in store or online. It makes no sense that I can't go through the drive through and order a promotion item. So I pulled into the parking lot and went into the restaurant to grab my order, only to find no one attending the front till. I waited 5 mins before grabbing the attention of three workers in the back area. There should be motion sensor so you know when you have customers in the front. There was also an elderly couple that wanted help and were also waiting. When I was attended to, they didn't know how to process the payment for my online order. So for those who plan on ordering online, please make your payment online as well or it could be an additional wait. The worker manual made my payment and 30 mins later, I was finally able to leave with what I thought was going to be a quick pick-up. The consolation was that the food was fresh and delicious but I don't think that I'll be placing an online again.

As for the elderly couple from our of town, all they wanted was the promo posted in the store window. They couldn't place the order at the till and had to order trough the kiosk in the store, so with the help of the staff they were finally able to get their order placed. The couple didn't realize that the meal didn't come with a drink and wanted to add drinks and were told to do so at the kiosk for an additional $3.49 per drink. They were told that if they had ordered the drinks with their meal it would have only been $1.50 add on. I don't know why they couldn't just do an add on at the till. So the older couple decided not to buys 2 drink's for $7 which is a complete rip off IMO.

Why are the simple things becoming more difficult? Not everyone is tech savvy! Please cater to all of your customers and train your staff properly. No customer service anymore. They just stare at you with a blank look. No answers and no help. If it were me working there I would have just given the couple some cups and said help yourself to the drinks and sorry for the trouble. Sorry for the rant πŸ˜• KFC please do better πŸ™‚

gravy was hot and thick for chiken. when i was a child i rember the garvy was good and now it is good the man who give it to me he said they use the original recipe garvy it was delicious and the chiken was aslo good and there was a crispy option and there was a good servie the guy he gave me a smile and thankyou and then they go obeve and beyond the service the employee make me feel welcome and then there the restaurant was very clean when i went and the guy cleaning smile at me which is importan because i was sad but it make me happy i will go back here again and eat the chiken again thankyou

Came here at about 7 pm on a Monday night. We were the only people there and ordered two combos. First of all the cashier stood there on his phone for 10 minutes before even acknowledging my existence. He took my order and then said it would be 10 minutes. Keep it mind we were the only people in the store and nobody in drive through aswell. Well it took 30 MINUTES and we received cold fries and the wrong chicken burger. Not impressed at all and will not be returning to this location
