i went in today for the first time in years i didnt know they changed it to a order your self menu screen .it was very complicated.no one was there to help .so i ended up figuring it out .so i placed the order .i waited 15 minutes till i got my order .and the guy on the front was rude and had a angry look on his face .he game me my bad didnt say nothing and left and went and got my cup for the drink with not a word .when i opened my bag the popcorn chicken was burnt and my chicken wrap was slapped tpgether with no care at all .i was very dissapointed with the whole experience .never again. ill give people some advise .eat at home im very dissapointed with customer service these day .im looking at all the reveiws and wow 1 star .shame on the owner for running a fast food restraunt like this .head office should shut u down

A bit lonely atmosphere, I’d say comfortable but not that lively though. Ordered a 2 piece meal, came with fries and a drink. For the half & half… the original recipe chicken could be much better, however the extra crispy impressed me and I loved it. Overall it was nice for food.

I went through the drive-through on a Monday evening, which was really quiet and we ordered a bucket of chicken family bucket of chicken. Anyhow, my husband and I both said the same thing right away. It was like they forgot the seasoning. There was no seasoning in it so when I called back the supervisor said well you need to take a picture and drive down here and I said well I’m not driving down. I have a mobility issue and I’m not gonna come out again tonight and she said I don’t care about your mobility issueand I am absolutely blown away by that. I do not recommend this restaurant after having this happen to me I phoned back to try and get the general manager’s name, but she hung up on me rude If I could write a zero, because of that, Supervisor, I would she ruined the experience the atmosphere and disrespected my Disability and the food had absolutely no flavor so definitely a zero
Went to the counter, the manager was there helping someone she clearly knew. They chatted and laughed, I was ignored. She left and got his order, and left again. I was left standing. An employee came up, I think she was off duty, she processed an order, I was ignored, and then she left. I kept standing there, I called into the back for help, nothing. A couple minutes later I called back again, finally one of the prep workers said she could help me. I now wait for my order.... wish me luck.
By far, the worst service I have ever had from a KFC.

We got there 9:20ish pm and they’re close at 11 it’s says on the app . But the funny thing is when we got there there this guy a cashier saying we’re close for dining in and he didn’t even ask us first what’s our order and we’re planning to eat at home. And he has an airpods in his left ear . Just weird then their this costumer arrive after us saying they gonna dine in but they can’t because that guys said thy’re close for dine in lol it was 9:30 and they are close at 11pm. I honestly don’t care but i just want the owner to know about this . Thank you ?
I ordered for dark meat when I received is 10 pieces of white meat 2 pieces dark meat, I thought is half dark and white meat.. so they give 1 extra meat.The food is not hot temperatures is be there awhile,I don't care about extra, all I want is my order is right..

Absolutely ridiculous service by the this kfc staff (Filipino guy) in the drive thru. I wish i could give 0 stars. I agreed to wait a minute for my order , the guy at the front window just said “park infront” and shut his drive through window on me. Dude, talk to your boss if you having a bad day but do not give me attitude. It definitely didn’t take one minute, but at least 15 mins. Then this guy comes up and gives my order, didn’t bring my gravy and then gave me more attitude when asked and threw the sauce in my vehicle, i asked him why you threw it like that and he said sorry, “ i didn’t mean it”. I just couldn’t believe this disrespect i got from this person. I have experienced other issues from this location in the past too but this was the worst one. The customer service has definitely gone downhill and most of the time these young Filipino guys and girls just talk in their language and laugh out loud while we as customers dont get the service we deserve. Whoever the manager is, please fix this issue. I am never coming back to this location.
