I come to this KFC quite frequently only because my child feels safest to eat from here due to severe allergies and anxiety. He only gets tenders. Almost every time I go here I only get three tenders for him. Well yesterday and a few times before they tell me I can only get two or four tenders and I argue with them I only ever get three and that what I was told I could only get before. It usually takes a little bit of arguing but they get it and they find it in the computer but yesterday she could not find it in the computer and arguing I could not buy three only two or four so I was getting mad because I've been coming here for years and she was ignorant and not letting me. I wish I could go to a different KFC because I hate this place half the time the food is cold. I have had way too much confrontation with the people at this KFC over the amount of tenders I need to get. And also I told her I needed 10 plum sauce which he argued when only giving me one and my son being with me told me to get 10 just before I told her and she still argued. I hate this KFC so much but like I said it's where my son feels safest to eat from.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The staff seemed unable to correctly process the ‘Buy One, Get One Free’ promotion. I placed four orders, which should have resulted in eight burgers, but only received four. When I called to clarify, the employee was dismissive, argued, and ended the call abruptly. It’s concerning that staff at this location appear untrained to handle even basic promotions.

This location is horrible with giving incorrect orders. They list items that aren't available at this location then will replace them with completely different options without giving you a call. (via delivery) then they expect you to make the drive over to fix THIER mistakes without even offering a refund for the delivery fee. This has happened on multiple vists the staff are horribly mismanaged at this location. Go to a different one!

I had 2x combo sandwich spicy with fries and drinks but I got regular sandwich cold not fresh with one drink missing one drink, kich up and napkins very bad experience I will never ever try this location. Called the contact number no one answered

Quite possibly the rudest person I've met in a public service job. Won't be back just due to that alone. Besides the fact my chicken lacked any sort of breading, there was a bit there but none to speak of. Took one bite, and the chicken tasted off, like when you walk into a kitchen and see rotting food all around? Don't bother with this place. I can't prove anything, but chicken didn't taste right, and I just tossed it. Life lesson
