Is there any specific reason to wait in the parking lot for 6 pieces of chicken, 1 med fries and 1 medium macaroni salad? The dtive through communication is deplorable, language barrier naturally, and they definitely give new meaning to the term “fast-food”. This location is slower than the second coming of Christ.

It was ok they didnt honor the coupon claimed it to be expired when we proved it wasnt till November 15th the guy just said ohh well we dont take those maybe other franchises do was his comment... other than the crappy service the food was decent and the other employees were nice enough just seems the manager needs the boot and the store would be better

What’s the point of having kfc coupons and not being able to use it. The guy in the front was so quick to refuse our KFC COUPONS saying only certain kfc take coupons yet the coupons is for all kfc in Edmonton. I’ve used it before at this restaurant no problem idk why it’s different now. They even refused oilers promo coupons during game night.
Hate to be that person but I ordered popcorn chicken poutine and received the poutine with no popcorn chicken. Not only that but punched my order in wrong and charged me for the wrong amount. Plus when ordering I wanted the side of corn yet it was sold out…
