I had coupons from their website but was told can't use them and was told that even the manager can't answer my question. It mentions coupons Edmonton and surrounding area which is what I did. I think it's the issue of the location that the person working there can't put the code and never had issuesbefore in other locations. KFC fix your issues.

This location opens at 9 am now. If you are going to open earlier, be prepared for your customers. I went into this location at 10:30 am and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being served. Then I was told that it would be 10 to 15 minute wait time for my food. Almost 30 minutes for 10 tenders and some fries. That's a little much.

Did an online order that included a popcorn chicken bucket. When we got home, i noticed it was MUCH lighter than the large popcorn chicken. Opened it up and it was barely filled, maybe 1/3 full. Went back to ask about it and the employees said there's a new policy where they can only fill to 1/2 inch of the line but this time they were willing to add more. However, it was filled 2 inches below the line and when we got back home to look it was filled 1 inch from the line. And yes, I measured. Not going back if they can't even figure out the difference between 1/2 inch to 2 inches and argue about it

EVERYTIME I’ve ordered from this location there is always a problem whether they give me the wrong order, or forget part of my order , now I’ve been waiting almost an hour for my delivery and instead of calling and letting me know they couldn’t assign a driver to my order I had to call them to be refunded and they won’t do it for 2-3 days. Garbage place
Capilano's KFC used to be pretty greasy a few years ago. Tried it a week ago and boy did they up their game. Chicken wasn't greasy at all. Tasted great. Would recommend

This KFC socks. The food is terrible, their weekly sandwiches are poor quality and rushed out so fast they look like they were thrown against a wall. The staff are OK but mostly overworked and underpaid. But the food, gross! I'd pass on this place. A shell of what it once was.
