I ordered 1 festive snack wrap and 3 original snack wraps. On my bill, it said 2 of each. What I received was 4 of the festive snack wraps. Small order, and they couldn't get it right.
It was ok they didnt honor the coupon claimed it to be expired when we proved it wasnt till November 15th the guy just said ohh well we dont take those maybe other franchises do was his comment... other than the crappy service the food was decent and the other employees were nice enough just seems the manager needs the boot and the store would be better
The only issue I have is the sidewalk in front of the building is an accident waiting to happen. Very rough and uneven. I have mobility issues and will never go there in winter. To enter the building is very tight entering and leaving. Doors difficult to open. A suggestion would be get rid of that little porch area so customers aren't struggling. Otherwise the food and service is like any other KFC.
