Customer service: Placed an order for pickup. Was told 10 minutes it would be ready. After 1/2 hr the food still wasn't ready. Counter attendant acted annoyed the whole time we were there. When she handed us our food she slammed the tray down and huffed.
Food: Gravy was runny and tasted burnt, chicken was soggy and dripping with grease and fries were only 3/4 full.

We went there today and had a $100 bill. The store told us they wouldn’t accept it because there are too many fake $100 bills circulating. That money came from the bank, yet they think we’re giving them counterfeit cash. How is that my problem? Your store should have a money checker.

Placed an order on line so I don’t have to go in and they mess up on it which really sucks and they tell me they can’t resend my missed items please don’t order cause u will not get all your stuff very disappointed called to see if they can resend what they missed and was told no not good service and they want me to come back to this store do better

I stopped at this place because I was in a rush to go to court and needed something quick to eat. Only one staff member was working at the time. The bun used for my sandwich seemed extremely old, like it had been sitting there for a long time — possibly since last year. I could only eat the chicken from the sandwich. The fries tasted like they were from the previous day and had just been refried. The popcorn chicken only had about five small pieces in the bag. I spent $30 here, and it was honestly the worst money I’ve spent in years. The food quality was unacceptable, and I’m concerned about how this place is allowed to operate with a food handling permit.

Please refill your soft drinks in the machine. It only gives 90% soda mixed with 10% original drink. Just experienced last night. I first tasted all the drinks from the machine outside, all had 90% soda. Then asked staff to do something, but just gave me same thing from machine inside. Not the quality I expected from KFC.

I recently visited KFC and ordered the 4-piece box meal, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The size of the drumstick and breast was shockingly small—more like the size of quail pieces than the hearty portions they advertise. It felt like a complete misrepresentation of what I expected.
To make matters worse, the dining experience itself was unappealing. Despite me being the only customer eating in the dining room, both garbage bins were overflowing. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Overall, this experience left me disappointed, both in the quality of the food and the upkeep of the restaurant. Not something I’d recommend.
