I recently visited KFC and ordered the 4-piece box meal, but it turned out to be a huge letdown. The size of the drumstick and breast was shockingly small—more like the size of quail pieces than the hearty portions they advertise. It felt like a complete misrepresentation of what I expected.
To make matters worse, the dining experience itself was unappealing. Despite me being the only customer eating in the dining room, both garbage bins were overflowing. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Overall, this experience left me disappointed, both in the quality of the food and the upkeep of the restaurant. Not something I’d recommend.

We stopped here last night to get dinner. First time at a kfc in a few years. First off the service was terrible. The person taking our order kept talking over me and getting frusterated when she didn’t understand what I wanted. Finally got the order got to the window waited for 10 minutes to pay the $67 for two meals and a bucket of popcorn chicken. She then hands the drinks over. All of which were wrong when I brought it up she ignored it. Got home. My wife opened up her wrap to find a hair on it and it was missing half the ingredients it was supposed to have it was just chicken no tomato. All in all terrible experience. I had their chicken tonight and had to call 911 because they had small sharp hidden bones in between the meat. I was choking so bad all alone I had no one to help me and was forced to call 911. The bone was in between a piece of meat a very tiny sharp one but almost took my life. Never again will I order food from here there’s hidden bones in between the meat. Thank god I was saved never ever again will I eat here there’s hidden bones inside the meat avoid!

Customer service is very poor, i placed an order and the order arrived incomplete. The driver say he wasn't given my complete order and the store said they sent out the complete order, but offered to make a not of what I was not given to replace it at another time but then disconnected the call without taking any information. It's a good thing I stopped tipping online and now in person. That's my last time getting food here.

Don’t waste your money — go to Jollibee, SFC, or Popeyes instead.
Very poor value for the price — got KFC take-out so unfortunately didn’t see the food quality until at home.
KFC wrap didn’t look anything even close to the menu photos, and ingredients were not fresh at all (small amount of wilted and browning lettuce, zero tomatoes, and barely any sauce).
Very poor service with poor communication and even worse pricing. Shame on KFC with their high prices to feed a family of 4.

I came there around 4:45 pm I asked for 2 original chicken burgers i specifically mentioned twice that should be fresh the Filipino cashier said it will be fresh but the order I got it seems reheated one not fresh cooked , tasted stale , I askedfor chipotle mayo he said they don’t have . The guy with the turbon was a good guy with good customer service etiquettes.
