I went here during my lunch break as I saw an add for a game day deal. Not only did they not have this, but they completed got my order wrong. I was excited to try the new tenders box, they overcharged me and forgot my popcorn chicken and ranch. I waited over 10 minutes for them to still get my ordered wrong. The staff was also rude and snippy. Not impressed with this location.

Me and my friend went to this KFC . We ordered two meals .The chicken in the meals seem too smelly due to which I went to them and told them that it is smelly .. They refused and replied that it is fresh. If it seems smelly to you then we cannot do anything .. This was ridiculous as we were too hungry.I am never going to this place again to eat anything..

Its sad to see how low this chain has fallen. Dry unedible chicken, asked for a manager and guess what.... no manager. After a conversation the cashier agreed to change the product. Coleslaw was discarded after one try. Really really sad. No pride in what they do.

Their customer service is horrid. My 3 year old spilled his drink and the man refused to give us more napkins because he already gave us some on our tray (he gave us 6)We also ordered a big chicken bucket to serve 4 people, we went back to the counter to ask for plates and he tried to charge us for them. We reminded him that we bought a big bucket to serve 4 and asked if he wanted us to eat off the table. He did end up giving us the plates for free, but not without a hassle.
