The atmosphere is just awful. I would say the staff is nice and the food matches the expectation . Although, I can undoubtedly say that the atmosphere is not comfortable at all. I hope the mall security would have been better and stop the troublemakers. It is difficult to sit and have a meal because of the environment but the staff is well behaved with all of them. They try to give there best to all and sorry to see them working there. Regardless, the food is good and the service is nice.

I stopped by KFC today for a quick bite, and I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and pleasant the entire experience was. The food, as always, was delicious — hot, fresh, and full of flavor. But what really stood out was the customer service.
The lady cashier (I didn’t catch her name, unfortunately) was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She greeted me with a warm smile, patiently answered my questions about the menu, and made sure my order was exactly right. Her positive attitude truly made my day and added a personal touch to the visit. It’s rare to see that level of kindness and professionalism in fast food these days.
Thank you for the great service! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Today we ordered 2 plant-based burgers, my girlfriend and I are vegetarians, we always order only plant-based, when we ate it turned out that they put 2 chicken burgers on our plate, I threw up, I will never come here again in my life and I will tell everyone about it, the worst experience in my entire life

I ordered an iced tea with my order and the guy working there poured iced tea from an opened bottle that had no cap that was almost empty into a cup and then proceeded to open a new bottle and pour it in the cup and tried to pass it off to me. I’m not sure who was drinking out of the first almost empty bottle. I didn’t see it being opened, as far as I’m concerned that could have been his personal drink…I’m not trying to get anyone’s germs/diseases. I asked him about it and he started rambling nonsense so I asked for a Pepsi instead.
Also he asked me if I was staying to eat in the food court, my answer was NO. My food came out on a plate and I told him I’m not staying. He then proceeded to yell and tell me I needed to pay for a bag so I asked for a box and he went mumbling to the other employee and chucked a box on top of my food.
All this foolishness just to end up with watered down Pepsi and cold chicken.

Disgusting saw an Indian guy with glasses working today touching his face multiple times wiping his sweaty forehead and didn’t wash his hands very nasty then proceeded to touch my food. Find some better workers clearly you need ones that understand cleanliness. Won’t be back. Disgusted at this place.

If you found this place from Google Maps, never eat here. They heat up chicken cooked the day before and put it in front of you. Coke, Sprite and other drinks do not taste like they contain anything. They all taste the same. Their machines are probably broken and very insensitive and inconsistent people run this place. Do not eat your fill here. Do not come here fooled by the brand. You will be very disappointed. I warn everyone.

I went here during my lunch break as I saw an add for a game day deal. Not only did they not have this, but they completed got my order wrong. I was excited to try the new tenders box, they overcharged me and forgot my popcorn chicken and ranch. I waited over 10 minutes for them to still get my ordered wrong. The staff was also rude and snippy. Not impressed with this location.
