One person in the restaurant and I waited 15 minutes for my two chicken wraps and nothing came until I asked where my food was then they started making the wraps. Terrible service

On the 29th of December I went in to this location at 730 pm ordered my food and it took 20 plus minutes for a wrap fries gravey and a macaroni salad. When I got home the macaroni salad was missing and the gravey was lumpy and you can tell it had been put in tge container cold and microwave microwaved

No ketchup, washroom is not available(had to go use a&w), supervisor is busy on phone, chicken is greasy ( probably dropped when fat is not temp ready) parking not shoveled

The new renovations are very modern, but that's the only positive thing I can really say about it. The service is slow and unprofessional, and the food was okay at best. They're obviously understaffed and don't seem to know what theyre doing.
I had visited when they first re-opened, and the experience was identical. I assumed this was because they had just opened, but nothing has changed. If things don't improve soon, this location won't last. I probably won't be coming back unless I see a marked improvement from reviews.

Messed up my order again and the bun is stale so much mayo it was disgusting I got the deluxe specifically for the tomatoes even asked for extra and got none and no lettuce , paid the extra charge for it . Was painful to order the new girl barley speaks English, I will never buy from here again !!!!! Strongly recommend not going to this KFC..

Awful experience! I ordered three pieces of chicken first of all forced to have the original recipe as they don’t have the spicy one. Out of the three pieces of chicken two wings! And old fried like could be from a day ago. The one piece tender was extremely dry and salty. I will never use this location again. I want to make sure this encounter reached to the owner and workers in this awful place. Shame on KFC!
