I placed an order on December 30th through the app and picked it up, with order number 16904. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Every item in the order was subpar in taste. It seemed like old oil was used, which completely ruined the flavor. I expected better quality, and this was far below acceptable standards.

Ordered with uber eats. Accused me of lying about not getting an item that she “personally” put in my bag. Also, the chicken was soggy. Not impressed if I could give no star I would. if you PUT THEM IN THE BAG. It was the wrong bag. So much for being 200% correct.

Dine in area very cold and they won’t turn up the heat. Set at 18-19C in winter. Service is extremely slow and they are regularly out of common items. This location seems to really push away their customers.

The food at this KFC is what you’d expect—crispy and flavorful fried chicken that hits the spot. My order was not fresh, also the service could use some improvement. The wait times were longer than anticipated, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The staff were polite, but it felt like things could be more organized to speed up service. Overall, it's a decent spot to grab KFC if you’re in the area, but be prepared for a possible wait.

Rep told me to wait 7 mins and after 20 minutes i got my sandwich and i told rep atleast give me actual time but he smiled and said okay. So need alot of improvement…

I had just finished getting home after being in the highway for 9 hours! Didn’t want to cook so I stopped for chicken, was very disappointed to find that the manager wanted me to drive back and bring the chicken back! And they only going to offer 2 pieces after we order a family feast!!! Hmmm not sure about this store! Unfortunately I would leave a no star review!! Probably won’t go back
