Awful experience! I ordered three pieces of chicken first of all forced to have the original recipe as they don’t have the spicy one. Out of the three pieces of chicken two wings! And old fried like could be from a day ago. The one piece tender was extremely dry and salty. I will never use this location again. I want to make sure this encounter reached to the owner and workers in this awful place. Shame on KFC!

I actually stopped eating KFC because of this store lol, but I was hoping the revamp might up the service. It did not. They constantly forget items and mess up orders - even after clarifying? It's astonishing. Decades of disappointment continue. At least what food we did get was pretty fresh.
Update: They repeated the exact same mistake two days in a row! What commitment to terrible service. 🥴😂 Unfortunately, I was told the food was also cold this time, so even worse. Do NOT eat here... This restaurant doesn't deserve to be open anymore.

I came here and ordered a bunch of things and I realized that when I got home, there was an item missing and the chicken just wasn’t made as fresh as I was expecting, but the management rectified my concerns immediately and replaced everything and give some complimentary items for the inconvenience so even though we had some issues we left with a very good experience and the management and the staff at this location are very Polite, hard-working and I will definitely be back
