Sad. KFC is nothing like it used to be, three chicken legs and poutine. The legs are so small one of them is almost like a wing. And the coating, you can barely taste it, it's barely there. It's crispy thin skin, not crispy coating and skin. I'll go to Church's instead. Good thing I asked for a fork, didn't put a fork, salt n pepper, or any napkins in the bag at all, nor asked me. The gravy used to actually have a lot of flavor but it's more like mild cream soup now. They get one star for actually putting a decent amount of gravy. Whoever is trying to run KFC into the ground they're doing a good job.

Every year for christmas eve, my family and I get a nice big bucket of chicken and gravy. This year was absolutely disgusting. Our chicken was wet with grease from the skin all the way in to the chicken.We threw it out and went and got pizza. Our days with KFC are over.

I waited 15 minutes for a classic slider sandwich. No apology or “thank you for your patience.” The chicken was dry and the lettuce was wilted. Avoid this dumpster fire at all costs.

I was excited to try the new festive snacker wrap until I received it.. it appears they ripped one chicken tender in happy to make two wraps and sloppy threw some mayo and cranberry sauce in it. Very disappointed

Got a pick up order of 4 wraps, each wrap had cranberry sauce and cranberries in it, rated 2/5 because honestly the cranberries weren’t as bad as I thought but probably not something to include in a chicken wrap.

If I could rate this KFC on creativity, I’d give them 5 stars — because the excuses here are truly world-class.
First, I tried to use the washroom. Staff told me someone was inside. A few minutes later, suddenly the story changed and they “lost the key”… for BOTH the men’s and ladies’ rooms. Impressive. Not sure which version was supposed to be more believable, but at least they kept things entertaining.
Then I waited over 20 minutes for a simple 12-piece wings meal. Nothing fancy, nothing custom — just wings. Apparently, that was too much to handle.
And to top it all off, the dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since last Christmas. Tables not wiped, floor messy… the full experience.
If you enjoy long waits, mysterious missing washroom keys, and a dining room that doubles as a live-action obstacle course, this is definitely the place for you.

Was charged for popcorn chicken, did not receive popcorn chicken. Tried to call, no one answered the phone.
This is the worst KFC in the city. I would recommend you never go here. Every time I go there, they never have any chicken, and they tell me It's a 20 minute wait, which turns into 45 minutes If not longer. The restaurant is disgusting. The tables are filthy. And the staff treat every customer like they're annoyed that they came in there to order food. They all just sit in the back and make you wait at the cast register, and when they do finally come, they don't even look at you when they take your order, don't say hi or nothing. I usually wouldn't go on this long about a fast food place. But I just want everybody to know how bad this place is. I went there on the weekend and I got food poisoning so bad. I'm just getting over it now. Worst KFC EVER!!! they don't deserve any stars, that location should be shut down.
