this kfc is an abomination. in store the wait times are always unnecessarily long, no matter how empty the restaurant is. i’ve received both FROZEN AND BURNT food from this location as well, literally paying for something inedible. they are consistently out of items and dont refund missing items on uber eats. i have never eaten at a restaurant SO BAD that ive felt the need to inform others to not waste your money here because you will receive either an incomplete order or inedible food. please get it together kfc this location hasnt gotten it right ONCE. its wrong to serve paying customers food they cannot eat, PLEASE make some changes this is real bad

I’m literally standing still waiting for food, after ordering at 1:15 for two popcorn chickens and a slider. I don’t know if it’s understaffed or just slow. Also the whole place is just dingy itself, the doors to the staff area and washroom look grey instead of white like they need a wash, the bathroom looks like it needs to be redone. Just don’t go here.

If I ask for ramekins of sauce and have to pay for them I expect a full container not half edit- not even given half a ramekin this time just 1 squirt also asked and paid for a large fry and recieved a small already home so not going back and think I will go out of my way to avoid this KFC from now on. Over 30$ for crap. Just go to a restaurant or eat at home
