Twice I've gone to this location and the chicken was not cooked long enough. The skin is saturated in grease, making it very unpleasant to eat, family members didnt even want to eat dinner due to this. It even looked a bit grey. That's twice in a row now. I put the chicken in an air fryer at home for another 10 mins and it came out crispy and properly cooked with a bunch of oil caught in the drip pan. I do not recommend this location as this is an ongoing event. I asked them on the second time to make the chicken crispy, let it fry a bit longer. They had no clue what I was talking about. I believe there to be a language barrier. Please stop giving out soaking chicken in grease. It's disgusting.

Went through the drive through at 9:30pm to get some chicken and fries for the family after a funeral but the staff were rude and said they would not make fries. If your website says your kitchen is open to a certain time, be open. Very disappointed!

They wouldn’t make substitutions on one of the meals, charged us for a bag fee even though we brought our own bags and then didn’t give us one of our large sides that we paid extra for. Also all the tables in the restaurant were dirty. Won’t be back.

STAY AWAY !!!!!!!The "Manager" at this location doesn't honor any promotions. She thinks she owns the store and then when I explained to her "this states in store" she got an ego trip and then just denied us.I asked for her supervisor she says she's the manager at this location but then had to ask every other employee for assistance.Someone needs to wither give this girl proper managerial training or demote her down and promote the ladies she's asking all the questions to.I would LOVE for cooperate to contact me about this information as she should not be working in customer service with the "service" (if you could call it that) she provides.

The employees just talk and dont work. You wait 15 minutes just for them to take your order. And then when they do take it that say 10 minute wait and you wait 30 because they just mess around and throw things at each other. There is 3 just standing around doing nothing for about 20 minutes that ive been

Drive through, receiving staff seemed uncaring and snotty with having to serve the food and when questioned at prices for amount of servings which for two people was over 45$ a 4 piece box meal and 2 zinger sandwhiches with a small popcorn and 2 pop...they seemed insulted for some reason, I've gone to this location twice and told they were out of chicken once told 25 min wait the other 40 min wait lol

For take out it never fails to bamaze me how they can forget the gravy EVERY time! Fries were way too salty to eat. Chicken was so greasy it soaked right through the box and the chicken fell out the bottom.
