If I could give eight stars for the service here I would. Kajal went above and beyond in serving me today. I had a little bit of an interesting order and he was fantastic in taking it. Even when I decide to eat in versus taking out, he saw that I changed my mind midway walking out and came to me to give me a napkin. Really kind, genuine and generous guy. If I was running my own business, I would definitely try and steal him away from KFC lol Great food as well. Thanks for the meal KFC. 👍

I rarely go to fast food places anymore but when I come to this location I always get the best customer service and deals. The cashier, I think his name was Randy always lists off coupons and deals that keep me coming back. Such a nice atmosphere after a long day at work. I work in the area and Randy recognized me still even though I haven’t been to this KFC location in almost a year!😁

I recently visited KFC Grange and had an amazing experience! The service was exceptional, with the friendly and attentive RMG Randy who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The food was served fast, and the ambiance was cozy and inviting. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

Just ordered a 10 piece chicken bucket at this store 30 minutes ago, got home and only got 9 pieces. I tried to call their number but always get an instant busy signal. Not worth going back to the store to but the lack of quality service shows.
