We had used the drive through and to start off we sat there for a solid five minutes with no one acknowledging us, which was only slightly frustrating. Then after about 10 minutes of waiting we had someone take our order and she was extremely rude and unkind. I have worked in fast food and the customer service industry for four years and I can understand when someone has a bad day. However, I have never taken it out on a customer or service worker before. If you are going to let bad days impact your work then you shouldn’t be working customer service. Then when she repeated back the order to us she didn’t list off everything, otherwise I would’ve said something from the beginning. She didn’t tell us that we can’t substitute a different side in place of the fries. I was still very polite and attempting to give her the benefit of the doubt. But when we noticed the extra fries after driving away we had to go back inside. She had said that we had to be specific for next time and that it was my fault for not knowing. I don’t work there, it’s her job to be specific about what comes in the box especially when reading back the order to us. She was also showing attitude towards me and being rude. Then we noticed we got no utensils for our poutine and macaroni so my friend had to go back inside again. However, she was super kind to him? Her name is Jaspreet. Again, I can understand making the mistake in the order as miscommunication can occur. But the attitude and rudeness from the get go was uncalled for. I don’t expect world class restaurant treatment but manners are something we are taught when we are children and should imply regardless.

Went here today at around 1700H. I wanted to order 18 pcs of chicken but the cashier told me that I could only get 1 gravy per order because they were low on stock. I was also told that they would get the gravy delivered by either Saturday or Sunday.

Went to get 10 pc chicken in the drive thru. When i got it home for my fam. We were shocked to effin size of the chicken. Especially the damn wing?! You wouldnt believe how small it was. So went back to have the damn bucket exchanged. But no, the lady employee was rude. Wouldnt even consider exchanging it, said that i can check the back and see the size as theyre all the same. Can you believe that?? And all i got is the same crap. Never going back to this kfc.
I wanted some bacon but too bad KFC is refusing to serve anything with Pork. I don’t feel included or welcomed at all

I had a really disappointing experience at this KFC location. One of the male staff members, who seemed to be an older gentleman, was particularly rude during my visit. He had a dismissive attitude when I asked a simple question about my order, and it felt like he wasn’t interested in helping at all. The customer service was subpar, and it really brought down the entire experience.
Additionally, the food took much longer than expected to arrive. This KFC location seriously needs to improve both its service and the way staff interacts with customers. I will not be returning anytime soon.
