So unbelievably slow. Clearly understaffed. There's nothing fast about this food, 30 minutes to get an order, a sit down restaurant is faster.
This location was low on staff, the cashier was running around doing everything from taking orders to getting orders ready and checking on the tables

Order last night, For the Game bundle and did a priority extra payment just to get my food a soon as possible form Uber eats. my uber driver waited 40mins outside for them, didn’t answer the calls and my calls. It took them another 30mins in the drive thru.. and the food was cold and horrible packaging.. Got the wrong sauces and the fries looked like they chucked it in there.. i ordered around 12 and the food came at 2.. and the place wasn’t even far from me .. and it seems like i’m not the only one who feels bout how long the food takes. This was a waste of my time and the uber drivers time.. we both lost money . Do better

Horrible experience we always buy from this location but will not be coming back spent $70 waiting for the order with my 2 year old for 10 minutes already then a guy comes out and tells me they only have dark meat and it'll be 20 minutes for the next batch if I wanted to wait.... no compensation of any sort just basically telling me either I take all dark meat or get a refund witch I took my refund and took my business elsewhere maybe they should stop serving all the Uber and skip first and actually take care of their customers who took the time out and came to their store absolutely disappointing will not be back...

This is not the KFC taste of chicken, coleslaw or gravy that I remember and portions are small, gravy is watered down and coleslaw just not the same. Won't be back even if they paid me.

If I could give eight stars for the service here I would. Kajal went above and beyond in serving me today. I had a little bit of an interesting order and he was fantastic in taking it. Even when I decide to eat in versus taking out, he saw that I changed my mind midway walking out and came to me to give me a napkin. Really kind, genuine and generous guy. If I was running my own business, I would definitely try and steal him away from KFC lol
