I ordered the famous chicken burger in the drive thru. Got it right away and it was cold. The patty looked like it was a zinger burger. I went inside and complained about the burger being cold, the guy threw it in the trash and told me it will be 30 minutes for a new burger. How hard is it to have a warm burger sooner? This was around 9:15pm on September 19' 2025.

I think they know we were upset but it’s embarrassing because they’re my fellow Filipinos. Please keep tabs on the front, I get it it’s late at night so it’s slow. My husband and I went inside and were waiting for at least 10 minutes for our orders to be TAKEN. He said hello twice but no one came out. I had to use my filipino mom voice and yell “EXCUSE ME” and that’s when they heard it.

They forgot to include napkins, ketchup and utensils for my pick up order. over seasoned the chicken. ate fries without ketchup :(

The place was clean the staff their are really accomodating and i lonve the kfc promo sandwich
Worst kfc ever, ordered $60 worth of food and had to wait which is fine but they still forgot the popcorn chicken, tried to call back no one answered, I have tried this location several times and it seems like there is always an issue, also the chicken had very little meat on it and was quite sad looking. I would give 0 stars if I could, avoid this location go to a different one.
