I placed a pickup order through the mobile app. When I went to pick it up in the store, the employee told me they hadn’t received the order. After I showed him the receipt, he then said they were closed at 5 today because of a Christmas party and asked me to come back tomorrow for a refund. Even though note on door says closing at 6

I ordered at 4:45pm and waited for more than 2 hrs but to no food after all. It is so ridiculous that they did not answer my call before they close and I called more than 10 times for an hour. As you can see. The estimated delivery time is about 5:24pm. They could've called me for my order instead of me waiting for food that will not arrive. I even called the support but with no help!

I ordered my food at 5:56, it’s currently 7:08 and it still hasn’t left the kfc, I’ve talked to the courier and he’s been waiting for 40 minutes. Whoever is working there needs to get off their butt and do something because this is ridiculous. I could’ve raised my own damn chicken and slaughtered it within this time.

I ordered the famous chicken burger in the drive thru. Got it right away and it was cold. The patty looked like it was a zinger burger. I went inside and complained about the burger being cold, the guy threw it in the trash and told me it will be 30 minutes for a new burger. How hard is it to have a warm burger sooner? This was around 9:15pm on September 19' 2025.

I think they know we were upset but it’s embarrassing because they’re my fellow Filipinos. Please keep tabs on the front, I get it it’s late at night so it’s slow. My husband and I went inside and were waiting for at least 10 minutes for our orders to be TAKEN. He said hello twice but no one came out. I had to use my filipino mom voice and yell “EXCUSE ME” and that’s when they heard it.
